Custom Puma Giraffe Clydes

Custom Puma Giraffe Clydes

These Puma Clydes are the creation of Rob L, as if we cant tell by the giant watermarks lol. Rob calls these the Giraffe Clydes as he went with an all over pattern that resembles the pattern of that on a giraffe. The overall finish on the sneakers is subtle and very creative and the quality looks on point. I think the laces set it off kinda nicely also, they happen to be Nike gold fatties by the way. Oh yea, check out that box too, the box is a nice addition to the sneakers. This is another great pair done by Rob which he did for his sister in law, nice job Rob hope she liked them. More pictures follow after the jump.

ThinkGeek Wi-Fi Detector Shirt

wifi_shirt_anim.gif

Now normally, I wouldn’t waste my time or yours writing about something this stupid, but this is just too classic to pass up. Technology company “ThinkGeek” has released a shirt that detects Wi-Fi signal and displays it on the front of the shirt.

Why someone would wear this shirt, I have no clue, but the weirdo in me has me somewhat drawn to it. Here is what the geniuses at ThinkGeek had to say about the shirt:

“Here at ThinkGeek we’re pretty lazy when it comes to technology. We expect our gadgets to do all the busywork while we focus on the high level important tasks like reading blogs. That’s why we hate to have to crack open our laptops just to see if there is any wi-fi internet access about… and keychain wi-fi detectors, we would have to actually remove them from our pockets to look at them. But now thanks to the ingenious ThinkGeek robot monkeys you can display the current wi-fi signal strength to yourself and everyone around you with this stylish Wi-Fi Detector Shirt. The glowing bars on the front of the shirt dynamically change as the surrounding wi-fi signal strength fluctuates. Finally you can get the attention you deserve as others bow to you as their reverential wi-fi god, while geeky chicks swoon at your presence. You can thank us later. ”

If you want your nerd-chick magnet, it’s available for $29.99 at www.thinkgeek.com.

Fall/ Winter Bobby Fresh Catalog Pics

untitled1.bmp

Here are a few previews of what’s to come from the sneaker clothing line, Bobby Fresh. There is a white version scheduled to release of the “B-Original” shirt, as well as a version of the same tee with Jordan holding a pair of playoff 8’s instead of spiz’ikes.

I love the shirts, but I just don’t feel that ”B-Original” fits with the 90000000th colorway of the spiz’ikes.

Props to Waldoaz off ISS Forums for the info and pics.

Shirts will be available for purchase at various retailers and at www.bobbyfresh.com

New Colors of Mishka x New Era “Bear Mop” Fitteds

mishka_mini_1.jpg

For me, the first I heard of Mishka was with the glorious, get-everything-you-can-possibly-think-of-for-$50 grab bag. The company now continues to impress with additions to their “Bear Mop” line of fitted colabs with New Era.

The front of the cap features the famous bear mop logo. On the bag is the Mishka logo. Each hat matches up well with many of the harder to match releases of this year. The blue one will do me well for my DTRT 3’s, and the red cap will go beautifully with the LS Jordan 1’s that came out earlier this year. Not to mention the purple and/or green colorway looking great with a pair of Grapes. These are already in Mishka’s online store retailing for $40. Check them out.

New Era MLB “Trippin” Collection

mlbtrippin.jpg

New Era’s newest installment is the interesting MLB Trippin Collection. I’m on the fence about this collection of hats that features a swirl pattern that tricks your eyes into thinking the lines are moving. It looks cool for a little while, until you get seasick and have to look away. Nonetheless, that Florida Marlins one is calling my name. Source: [Strictly Fitteds]
