How come i can picture Mr. Kanye West trying to turn something like this into the “new hightops”? This is a Limited Edition Adidas Snow Boot. There were only 50 pairs made and only associates to Adidas and VIP’s were able to get their paws on a pair. The design is obviously based on the Forum model and Adidas decided to go with the red/white colorway for this edition. Follow the jump for a few more pictures.
Shoe factory fire kills 37 in China
“BEIJING, China (AP) — A fire at an illegal shoe factory in southeastern China killed 37 people and injured more than a dozen others, authorities said Monday.
The blaze started Sunday night in a workshop making shoe uppers and burned more than 520 square meters (about 5,560 square feet), the official Xinhua News Agency said, citing Zhu Qing, director of the information office of the Fujian provincial government.
There were 56 workers in the factory at the time, said a woman surnamed Zhou in the information office of the Putian city Communist Party committee. Besides the 37 dead, 19 were being treated at hospitals, she said.
The Feida Shoe Upper Manufacturing Workshop was operating without a license, which was revoked in 2004 because of safety violations. Authorities found the factory illegally combined work, storage and living areas, Zhou said.
Owner Huang Shubin and her husband Chen Zongfei were detained by police, Zhou said.
A woman in the publicity department of Putian’s Public Security Bureau confirmed the blaze and said it likely started when an electric wire caught fire.
A deputy director of the State Administration of Work Safety went to Fujian to head an investigation, agency spokeswoman An Yuanjie said.”

It seems as if Reebok has heard everybody talking about them falling off recently. Nike has clearly taken control of the sneaker game but Reebok isnt going to let that hold them down. Lately they have been pumping out sneaker after sneaker trying to regain some street cred. Patent Leather Vans Halloween Pack
Its almost that time of year again where the little kiddies will be slamming on your door wanting a piece of your candy stash. In a few short days Halloween will be upon up and a lot of us will be making the rounds to the various parties. Vans has decided to get in on the theme of the month with this Vans Halloween Pack. Something is a little different about these Vans though, patent leather has been added into the mix. Not use to seeing patent leather Vans all that much huh? Along with the black/white/orange patent leather colorway, you also have the phrase “Trick or Treat?” printed on the outer sole and a pumpkin head tag.
