Release Date Info: Supra Terry Kennedy ‘TK Society’
Theres been a lot of hype lately over the new Terry Kennedy signature Supra sneakers known as the Supra ‘TK Society’. A lot of folks have been catching a quick glimpse of the sneakers on TKs Myspace page, Ben Ballers blog, and even in the new Fly Society music video for “Supras”. According to TSG the TK Society Supra Pro Model is said to be releasing on May 1st, 2009. No info is giving as to what colorways of the TK Society will be released, since we have seen multiple color schemes in the past few weeks, but this is the most reliable info we have at this time on an official release. The sneakers are still in the sample stages as of right now, so what you see right now could slightly be altered in the future. It appears the TK Society is trying to take on the Air Yeezy in a way.

Ludacris x NikeiD ‘Signature Series’ Contest – Air Max 90 Luda
NikeiD has teamed up with hip hop artist Ludacris to create the first ever “Signature Series” contest. Luda recently paid a visit to the NikeiD Studio in NYC where he sat down with DJ Clark Kent to design a pair of Nike Air Max shoes dubbed the Air Max 90 Luda which is inspired by his 6th studio released album, Theater of The Mind. The Signature Series Contest presented by NikeiD calls on all sneakerheads and designers to head down to the NikeiD Studio at Niketown, New York to design a shoe inspired by Ludacris’ latest album. The grand prize winner of the first Signature Series Contest presented by NikeiD will receive a private party at the NikeiD Studio, an autographed copy of the new Ludacris album and their winning design displayed at the NikeiD Studio. Puma x Solebox Preview – Flashing Lights
Puma and Solebox have a new collaboration in the works which is going to take you back to the 90s. Well, not literally, but the idea based on this newest Puma x Solebox collaboration is straight from the days of LA Gear. Little information is known about the collaboration at this time but Solebox has released this video which displays a pair of flashing shoelaces included into the design. Eminem x Jason Mayden Interview – Air Jordan 2 ‘The Way I Am’
Eminem and Jason Mayden, the Senior Footwear Designer of Jordan Brand recently took some time out to discuss the Air Jordan 2 ‘The Way I Am’. Previous speculation called for a In the interview Eminem talks about his relationship with Jordan Brand and Air Jordan and discusses the sneaker in general while giving you a detailed preview.
Release date is set for December 18th and is said to be limited to 313 pairs. They will release exculsively on Air Jordans Flight Club for $110.
Wale ‘Nike Boots’ Official Music Video
The official music video for the song ‘Nike Boots’ which became popular this past Spring/Summer has finally been finished after all this time. This is of course the video for the original song just featuring Wale, not the remix featuring Lil Wayne. The music video features many familiar faces through the 4:16 video including Kid Capri, 9th Wonder, Young Guru, Bun B, Young Chris and others. LeBron James ‘Chalk’ Commercial
On Thanksgiving Day Nike will release this new Lebron James commercial known as “Chalk”. The commercial is geared towards promoting the new Nike Zoom Lebron 6 sneakers which hit retailers earilier this month. Within the new Lebron James commercial many famous faces are seen in the short clip including Lil Wayne, Greg Oden, Brandon Roy, Daniel Gibson, J.J. Hicks and more. The commercial will air on national TV on such channels like Fox, CBS, MTV, BET, ABC and ESPN. If your happening to be watching one of the NFL football games on Fox or CBS keep an eye open for the commercial as it will premiere during the games.
