Vans x Bad Brains Snowboard Boots
Vans and Bad Brains are no strangers to eachother when it comes to collaborations, already having a few collections under their belts. The newest collabo between the two brings up the Vans x Bad Brains Snowboard Boots. This limited edition Vans Encore features album artwork from the groups legendary debut self titled album and rasta-inspired designs and colors. You of course also have the Bad Brains logo included on the boots as well.

Vans ‘Angle Stripe’ Pack
The other day we caught a look at one of the releases in the Vans ‘Angle Stripe’ Pack when we took a look at some of the Vans Spring 2009 Releases. At the time we just had a shot of the Chukka but now we got a look at the whole ‘Angle Stripe’ Pack which includes the Vans Authentic, Chukka and Slip-On. The three models all use a red/white stripe design set on an angle with a blue suede toe and a white mid-sole.
You can get each of the three at select Vans retailers, including Ripe now.
Vans Spring 2009 Releases @ DQM
Daves Quality Meat has just gotten in a ton of new Vans. Theres new colorways of the Vans Chukkas, Eras and Authentics to make up a total of nine new releases. Most of the color schemes keep it fairly simple, besides for a pair here and there as you can see by the Chukka shown above. You can find many of these now at select Vans retailers but if your in the NY area make sure you head on down to DQM.

Vans Vault ‘Perforated Pack’
Perforated designs are getting more and more popular lately it seems with a ton of perforated sneakers being released in 2008 and already a good amount released this year in 2009. One of the latest releases including the use of a perforated design to hit retailers to is this Perforated Pack which is part of the Vans Vault Collection.
In the Vans Vault Perforated Pack you got the Vans Sk8 High and the Vans Slip-On both with a Asparagus colored upper which features perforated panels, a White mid-sole and Lime Punch accents. Included on the inner liner of the shoes is a Lime Punch floral pattern.

Video: History Behind The Vans Half-Cab
Steve Caballero takes a few months to give you a short history of the Vans Half Cab. In this video which was filmed on the shores of Bondi Beach, Australia and later edited in Los Angeles by Joe Krolic Steve breaks down how the Half Cab came to light and mentions a few of his personal favorite colorways designed in the Vans Half Cab model.

Vans ‘Caballero XX’ Vault Edition
To celebrate 20 years running strong Vans and Steve Caballero designed this special Vault edition of the Caballero LX which has been dubbed the Caballero XX. The sneakers feature a purple/black/white colorway with a diamond perforated material covering the tongue and part of the upper. Added details include “XX” hits on the tags stitched onto the side of the upper and embroidery on the black ankle panel which reads Caballero 2009. Most of the stitching throughout the sneakers is white besides for the tags stitched on the upper and the back heel panel stitching which are both finished in green to match the single green lace eyelet. The sneakers also come in a custom designed black and purple box which features the Caballero dragon logo on the front.
