Supra Skytop “Heartbreaker” – Another Look

A couple weeks ago we caught our first look at the Supra Skytop “Heartbreaker”, the Valentines Day themed released from none other then Supra Footwear. Now that Valentines Day is closing in upon us we’ve been provided with another preview of the Heartbreakers. For those of you who don’t already know and may have not seen our previous post this specific Skytop features an entirely red upper constructed from canvas merely accented by the usual white rubber sole with a keychain tag of a heart split into two halves. Factory413, the retailer in which the Skytop “Heartbreaker” will be releasing at hasn’t announced an exact release date just yet but they’ve mentioned that the shoes are coming soon so keep your eyes open for them to drop any day now.
Supra TK Society Low Preview

As an alternative to the incredibly high cut and doubled strapped Supra TK Society, which has received a lot of flank from consumers about being to high, Terry Kennedy and Supra Footwear have worked up this low cut model to try and easy some of the complaints out there.
Details involving the release are still flimsy at this time, and this provided preview by Terry Kennedy himself doesn’t leave us with to much to see, but the sneakers were recently on display at Bright Tradeshow in Frankfurt and are currently making their way around the world as the Supra team pays a visit to various distributors to give them a preview of the upcoming seasons releases so hopefully some better previews will soon surface.
Usually something like this which doesn’t give us to much to look at wouldn’t even get posted, but we wanted to let ya’ll know that the TK Society Low has defiantly been confirmed for a future release. Stay tuned for further details.
LOST x Supra Vaider

With millions of viewers telling ABC to get lost it’s no surprise really that the network has decided to bring their once highly popular TV series “LOST” to and end with the finale season kicking off tonight with a 2 hour premier. Although majority of the viewers lost their interest in LOST it became apparent that the folks at Nike SB must of been holding on as we saw the release of the Nike SB Blazer “Dharma Initiative” and Nike SB Dunk “Oceanic Airlines” to honor the final season of the series.
The crew at Supra must of been fans of the show as well as they have created this limited edition Supra Vaider paying tribute to the series. From what we’re told a total of 50 Vaiders were produced, with 33 of them going to the cast and crew of LOST. The other 17 arrived at Factory413 and went on sale earlier today in-store. Whatever is left, if anything at all, will be available tonight at 9PM PST through the Factory413 webstore.
As for the shoes themselves, Supra tells us “the theme around the project was centered on the program “Expose” – a fictional program that appears numerous times throughout the LOST series as a show-within-the-show. In true LOST tradition, the shoes are covered in clues and references taken from the episode in which Expose first appears (the 14th episode of the third season – hence the 17 pairs releasing today). From the “Razzle Dazzle” on the heel to the “paralyzing” insole, fans of the series will be sure to understand the meaning of all the subtle hints included in the shoe’s construction.”
Anybody who manages to get their paws on a pair will not only get these sneakers but they’ll also get a “Expose” crew mug, and a numbered copy of an original LOST script signed by writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz. This would defiantly make for the perfect collection for any sneakerhead whos been a long standing fan of LOST.
