Dora The Explorer: Tiffany Edition
I saw this over on NikeSB and got a kick out of it, it was posted by a member that goes by the name BizSB. BizSB works for a children’s software development company and his job received a Dora The Explorer software package. In the package happened to be a miniature Dora The Explorer action figure which BizSB had an idea for. He took the action figure home and one day while he was bored he broke out the acrylics and gave Dora The Explorer a fresh fit. He did her sneakers up in the Nike Dunk Tiffany Edition colorway and gave her a matching outfit to go along with it. I thought this was a great idea and now BizSB has a custom one of a kind Dora The Explorer: Tiffany Edition.
Guide: How To Lace Your Sneakers
A lot of people have asked me if i knew of any resources of how to laces your sneakers different then the regular old cross over. The first thing that came to mind, or i should say person rather, is Ian. Ian wrote the book on how to lace your sneakers in many ways. The book i speak of by Ian is called Laces and it comes in a very cool setup. On the outside of the book there is an actual pair of laces for you to practice on after reading what Ian shows you. Besides for just the book itself, Ian also has a site which includes over 30+ shoelace designs to get you started on your sneakers. Levis Denim Sneaker Collection
The classic American jean company Levis will release their own collection of Chuck inspired denim sneakers. The Levis sneakers are constructed of actual Levis jean material which makes each sneaker somewhat unique from the next. The sneakers are handmade and will be limited to 300 pairs. A little Sneaker Music
I dont know about you guys and girls but i love my music just as much as my sneakers and cars. Not a day goes by when i dont throw on some music to groove too. To be honest with you, whenever possible i have a radio or CD playing. I would have to say out of a 24hr day i listen to music for 12 of those hours. I listen to it all too, new hip-hop to old school hip-hop, classic rock to your hardcore headbanger music and everything else inbetween including techno, dance and rave music. Currently listening to The White Stripes ‘Icky Thump’ and on the playlist after that is Mobb Deep “G.O.D. PT III”. It’s like my love for sneakers and cars, i am not bias to one particular brand, or genre in this case. As a sneakerhead i went on a musical hunt to find every song i could which was related to sneakers in some sort of way. I tried to think of the older stuff such as Run DMC ‘Adidas’ as well as the newer stuff like Chingy ‘Brand New Kicks’. All these songs are either solely about sneakers and nothing else or they have a hook/chorus which references sneakers in some sort of way.

Sneaker Collectors Price Guide
Dave Skop from rareairshoes.com has put together the new Collectors Sneaker Price Guide. This year the list has been expanded to over 250 sneakers. It includes everything from Nike, New Balance, Puma, Adidas, Vans and more. Dave tells you what the avg price is on the sneakers as well as the low and high price. We see things like the Omni-Pump X Alife in the yellow for 950, the AF1 Playstation for 1,550 avg, AM-1 Kidrobot for 1,075 and so much more. Besides just bringing you the price guide, Sneaker Freaker also took the time out for an interview with Dave about the list and how he goes about giving the sneakers a price.
