Puma x Gumball 3000 – Speed Cat 2.9 Mid Gumball
Im a big fan of the Gumball 3000, a world famous rally event which attracts some high profile celeberties and some of the sickest cars around. This year the 11th Gumball 3000 will be taking place in an event which will cross the good old USA. This will be the first time in 6 years the Gumball has taken place in the states. The rally will be starting in Los Angeles and ending in Miami, starting of May 1st and ending on May 7th.
To honor of the event the Max Cooper, the organizer of the Gumball 3000, and Puma, a sponsor of the Gumball 3000, got together to produce the Speed Cat 2.9 Mid Gumball. The driving shoes come in a black and silver colorway with the Gumball logo included on the tongue and a single orange lace eyelet. One of the includes features the date of this years event, with ‘Coast to Coast’ and some other graphics printed in bold. The other insoles features the names of some of the stops on the route. The sole unit of the sneakers features an interesting traction design which is influenced by racing tires.

9th Wonder x Puma
9th Wonder, a hip hop producer taking the industry by storm and working with everybody from Jay-Z and Memphis Bleek to Boot Camp Clik and Erykah Badu, has been blessed with what appears to be his very own personal Puma sneakers. We dont have any word on if this collaboration between 9th Wonder and Puma will officially release in store but either way the kicks are still dope.
As you may or may not know 9th Wonder is part of the Justus League so besides for the 9th Wonder logo inspired by the Wonder Bread logo on the insoles you also have plenty of details which reference the Justus League. The upper of the sneakers have a metallic finish with Justus League printed on the outter side of the upper on the left sneaker and the number 9 printed on the outer side of the right sneakers. The tongue has a gold Puma tag which includes “9th” printed on it as well as ‘JXJ’ printed on the actual tongue around the tag. The details dont stop there though. Multi-color lace eyelets were used as well as a translucent sole unit which displays some added details on the bottom such as “919″. Finishing up the sneakers is the letter J printed on the heel of the left sneaker and L printed on the heel of the right, both with a line of stars below the letter.

WMNS Puma Key – Cardinal / White
The folks at Extra Butter just got in this Puma Key for the ladies which has sort of a fishnet style to them. Coming in cardinal red and white this Puma Key uses an upper which is entirely red with a few metallic red panels thrown in here and there. Covering part of the upper, and the white Puma logo is red mesh. Finishing up the bottom half of the sneakers is a white sole unit with Red puma branding. Retail price will set you back $85

Red Bull Racing x Puma Urban Racer
In what we believe is a collaboration between Puma and Red Bull we present to you a couple of new Puma Urban Racer’s. Spotted on Kenlu in a Puma ad, with some Fast and Furious 4 images used in it, were these three Puma Urban Racer shoes. All three of them use simple colorup of either black/red, white/black, or black/white. The black/red pairs would appear to be a limited release due to the fact that out of the three its the only one to have Red Bull branding on it with the Red Bull tag on the upper and Red Bull Racing printed on the tongue.
Since im only able to read English i cant really go into much detail about if these have anything to do with the Fast and Furious 4 or if the images were just used based on the fact the sneakers are a great pair of driving shoes used for racing and rally driving. Eitherway all three of these Red Bull x Puma Urban Racer models should be available now at select Puma retailers worldwide.
Puma x Ducati – Street Cruiser
We just showed you the Puma x Ducati – Panigale II so now we are gonna take a look at two other models Puma and Ducati collaborated on. The Street Cruiser, designed by Puma and Ducati, features a leather and textile upper with a lace cover that protects and secures the laces. Flex stitching, inspired by flex zones on a pro boot, are used to hold the sneakers together. A low profile version of the Street Cruiser was created, as well as a mid top, with the low cut available in a white/black color cheme and the mids in two, white/red or black/white.
You should be able to find these now at select Puma retailers, ones in which usually carry the Puma Ferrari Collection. Hit the jump to a look at a few more photos and the black/white colorway.
Puma x Ducati – Panigale II
When it comes to collaborations the German shoe company Puma and the Italian motorcycle manufacture Ducati are no strangers. Back in 2007 Puma and Ducati collaborated together to design what is known as the Panigale, a shoe specifically designed by Puma with creative insights from Ducati. The name Panigale comes from the Bologna section where the Ducati headquarters is.
This year Puma and Ducati got together again to revamp the Panigale and release the Panigale II. Just like the release in 2007 two colorways were designed for the release, white/black/silver and black/silver. Some noticeable differences compared to the first release is the slanted lace area which seems to have been straightened out a little bit and doesnt have as much of an angle anymore. Theres also the fact that the sole now sports some sort of design on the bottom, whereas the other ones were simply just tread.
