Sean Kingston x Yums Shoes

sean-kingston-yums-shoes

Last year we caught wind of some info about hip hop artist Sean Kingston teaming up with Yums to produce his own signature shoes and when we spoke on the matter some of you were dying to see some photos of the shoes. Not so much cause you had any interest in buying a pair, but more so cause you felt you would get a good laugh.

Well the time has come, we now have some photos of the shoes which Sean Kingston worked up with the Yums design team. The sneakers feature a color scheme which references the Jamaican flag with a black base constructed of leather and nubuck, yellow accents applied to the inner lining, tongue tag and Yums mid-sole stamp, and a hit of green on the Yums branding on the heel. A graphic of the Jamaican flag appears on the outsole of the shoes with the Yums logo placed over the flag on one shoe and “Time is Money” printed on the other shoe. For the record, Time is Money is the name of the entertainment company which Sean Kingston and his older brother founded in 2003.

If your actually interested in scooping a pair up these up you can get em now through DrJays.

Santoni x Mercedes SLS AMG Driving Shoes

First off, I don’t feel like to many of our readers will be all that interested in these. However, I happen to be a big car guy, have done a little racing in the past (all legal of course) and simply melt over the Mercedes-AMG cars, specially the new SLS AMG with the gullwing doors.

With that being said I gotta show some love to Italian clothier Santoni for producing these driving shoes in collaboration with Mercedes-AMG. These super light weight hand made Italian shoes are FIA-certified and from what we are told these specific models have been produced to honor the Mercedes SLS AMG and will be available to buyers and fans of the supercar.

Shown here is a two styles, a low cut design in black and a high top design in navy, with more colors expected to release in the future. If I was an AMG owner I would be all over these, but unfortunately I’m not, so I’ll stick to my Puma Speed Cats for now.

The latest Milano Hi offering from Creative Recreation has just arrived at Atlanta based boutique Wish. When Creative Recreation debuted the Milano Hi back in ‘08 the sneakers became an instant hit, specially among the crowd looking to get their “grown men” on. Their clean and stylish design looks good no matter if your dressed up or dressed down. They simply just work with a variety of different fits, which is why Creative Recreation followed up with a low cut version of the Milano in 2009. Anyway, neither here nor there, let’s get back to this release.

The newest Milano Hi is defiantly looking to be an eye catcher and the main focus point of your fit. The upper features a bright look at me now Crimson Red upper constructed from shiny crinkled patent leather. Gold accents are strategically placed around the toe-box, across the side of the upper and on the heel. Sitting below it all is a solid white sole unit.
