KangaROOS Trap Hi – Personal Review

First of all, i wanna give my thanks to Jared over at KangaROOS. Jared blessed me with a pair of the new Trap Hi by KangaROOS. Being an avid sneaker consumer Jared asked me if i could put the Trap Hi through a test run and give him my personal review on what i thought of the product and its quality.
The Trap Hi is part of the Walter Payton Limited Edition Collection from KangaROOS. This collection of footwear is inspired by the ROOS legendary football player Walter Payton, aka Sweetness, use to wear during the 80s with updated styling and details. During his time Walter Payton was the first NFL athlete to endorse the KangaROOS brand on and off the field.
The collection was released towards the end of January exclusively at FinishLine where they stocked 5 different sneaker models and matching apparel. The models currently available at the Trap Hi, Sweetness Hi, Trap Lo, Bleacher Mid and the Bleacher Lo. A portion of all proceeds of sales on Walter Payton Limited Edition Collection from ROOS will be donated to Walter & Connie Payton Foundation.

Polo Ralph Lauren ‘Latton’ Leather

Besides for the Polo Ralph Lauren Latton Canvas we showed you earlier today, the company has also designed a few pairs using leather. Just like the canvas Latton models these leather version use single tone uppers highlighted by a secondary color on the Polo logo stitched onto the side of the upper and on the rubber Polo stamp on the heel. The price is also a little higher for the leather Latton, retailing at $64.99 compared to the $54.99 price tag on the canvas ones. So far white and black are available in leather, with a chance of other colors to release in the future.

Ato Matsumoto x Roc Star Cow Hide Boots

A few days ago we showed you two brand new colorways of the Ato Matsumoto Cow Hide Boots. Today we feature once again the Ato Cow Hide Boots, this time with colorway designed in collaboration with Roc Star. Im not personally a fan of the Ato Cow Hide Boots, they just dont fit my personal style, but im loving what they did with the speckle/splash design in pink. Reminds me of the Hot Lava Nike Air Tech Challenge, which was a great release in its own sense.
The Ato Matsumoto x Roc Star Cow Hide Boots will soon be hitting Phenomenon for a price of 30,450 yen or about $337 USD. Via: Hypebeast
