Sekure D x Globe Footwear – Coming 2009
Big news from Australian artist Sekure D has recently been announced. The details are still limited at this time but coming in 2009 will be a joint project between Sekure D and Globe Footwear, who are known for their skate shoes. Sekure D never fails to amaze me with his detailed work and i guess the people over at Globe can agree. Pony x Yahoo – Yahoo! FTC
Pony has collaborated with one of the largest search engine companies on the internet, Yahoo!. Pony and Yahoo! teamed up to design an exclusive sneaker which is known as the Yahoo! FTC. The Yahoo! FTC is part of a grassroots campaign by Pony and is only available at StartWearingPurple. The sneakers arent available just yet, but StartWearingPurple is taking pre-orders which will ship during the late days of October. The Yahoo! FTC is covered in purple suede from heel to toe with a touch of white thrown into the mix and features Ponys iconic logo and signature vulcanized construction. There is also a Yahoo! logo tongue tag and a white exclamation point going down the heel. Price for the Yahoo! Soulja Boy Yums – Lemon Lime
I know theres a lot of Soulja Boy fans out there when it comes to his music, but when it comes to his signature line with Yums sneakers im not to sure that took off as planned. Here we show you the Lemon Lime from Yums sneakers and Soulja Boy which features a full patent leather upper just like the rest of models made available so far along with a clear outsole. This time just in a yellow and green colorway to go with the whole fruity “Lemon Lime” theme with a design on the sole displaying the Yums logo, stars, a lemon, a lime and the words “lemon lime”. I cant really say im personally feeling the Yums collection from Soulja Boy but for those who are there you have it. You can get them now at Finish Line. More pictures after the jump.
L.A. Gear Kid Fireball – Even More Details
Lately a lot of the buzz has seem to be around the L.A. Gear Kid Fireball Sneakers. I have even posted about them twice already myself. I know theres a couple ladies out there who have hit me up Via email wanting to get their hands on the Kid Fireball so here we go once again with some more details. As i reported yesterday 100 pairs will be released at Patta on September 13th to kick things off followed by a couple more shops picking up some stock at a later date. The others shops besides Patta which will carry stock of the L.A. Gear Kid Fireball sneakers are Solebox, Sneakersnstuff, Colette, and 24 Kilates. Contact these other shops to find out exactly when they will release their stock. Remember, these are for the ladies only and will run up to a size US7 in female sizes. LA Gear ‘Kid Fireball’ – Full Details
Yesterday i showed you the L.A. Gear Kid Fireball which is set to release at Patta on September 13th. At the time i didnt really have all that many details for you besides the release date. Thanks to MISS i can now give you some more details about the shoes. I originally reported that these were collaboration with Patta, but that is incorrect. The ladies at Club Zonder Filter are responsible for bringing the L.A. Gear sneakers back to the market. Josine and Kristel from Club Zonder Filter are among the many L.A. Gear fanatics around the world and since the sneakers have been M.I.A. for years now the 2 ladies wanted to do something to change that. So Josine and Kristel, in collaboration with L.A. Gear set out to design a limited edition package of the “Kid Fireball” which uses the old “Stardust” model.
The L.A. Gear Kid Fireball will only be sold in female sizes running up to a US7 and to kick it off 100 pairs will be released at Patta on September 13th. At a later date which hasnt been disclosed yet the Kid Fireball will also be released at a select few sneaker shops located around Europe. The sneakers include a combo of a infra red nubuck upper with a soft magenta lining. Included in the L.A. Gear Kid Fireball package will be the old school license plate tag, multiple pairs of satin laces and a t-shirt. Remember, 100 pairs at Patta on September 13th and then more to follow at other locations upon a later date.
Ubiq eL Satin Pack
As part of their Fall 2008 Collection Ubiq will be releasing the eL ‘Satin Pack’ which will contain 3 eL shoes. Each Ubiq eL is made up a full satin upper with a 2-tone color strap around the ankle. The available colors are silver shown above with a blue/red strap, black with a white/black strap and lastly white also with a black/white strap. Flauge will release the Satin Pack on September 8th.
