When it comes to Foamposite’s hip-hop artist Wale has defiantly given us our fair share of previews. Long ago he was spotted in the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Eggplant’ months before they ever hit retail and lately hes been seen rocking another new colorway of the Foamposite One, this time a Copper colorup.
Wale was spotted on the streets and in concert wearing the Copper Foamposite One and since the word was out he blessed all his Twitter followers a few days ago with a shot of the Foamposites next to his Attention Deficit album cover. Now thanks to VMW, who happens to have a pair for $400, we have some detailed photos of the sneakers to provide you with.
No exact release date is being announced at this time but reports suggest that the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Copper’ should be hitting retailers sometime within the first couple months of 2010. Click here to check out some detailed photos of the sneakers and stay tuned for further details.

Nike Dunk High – Spring 2010 Preview

When Nike incorporates simple color schemes on its iconic Dunk High the outcome is usually always an eye catching pleasure, such as these three Nike Dunk High’s seen here which are said to be part of the Spring 2010 collection. The shoes make sure of a few different materials as well such as smooth leather, pebbled leather and nylon. Out of the the three colorups shown the orange/white version has got to be my personal fav.

Nike Dunk Low ‘Walking On Water’ Customs

Straight up, i am simply in love with these. Diversitile, the custom clothing company, was contacted by a friends who was looking for a pair of custom Dunks displaying his desire to portray his faith. He came to Diversitile with the idea to depict one of the greatest acts of faith on his feet, which is Peter walking on water in the Bible. Diversitile love the concept and after throwing some ideas the group started to ask themselves “Why not make our friend, walk on water himself?” So that is exactly what they did by designing the Dunk Low with a design of water on the bottom of the shoes to ensure that wherever he goes he is walking on water.
Along with being an innovative concept, Diversitile also tested a new technique on the Dunks. As you can see the soles are painted, which is usually a major no no in the customizing community. However Diversitile has utilized a new sealing method to protect the paint on the soles and prevent it from scratching away as it normal would if you were to paint the sole unit.

Nike Dunk Low ‘D.O.A.’ Customs

The all black everything look is slowly starting to make a comeback with a little help from artists such as Jay-Z who is consistently seen in the limelight rockin a black fit from head to toe. All black sneakers have even been on the rise lately when it comes to Nike releases.
Now the “all black everything” look is being carried over to the sneaker customizing community. One of the first to attack the all black everything look since its sudden rise is my friend Adam, also known as the Menace. Adam took a pair of Dunk Lows and created a pair of sneakers which he dubs the “D.O.A” Nike Dunks. The shoes feature a grip of various material in black such as suede, pebbled leather, patent leather and a textured snakeskin material. A black quilted lining ensure a snug and comfy fit. To make the all black Dunks pop without adding any secondary colors some 3M was used to outline the Nike Swoosh.
