Nike Blazer High V Lux – Tier 0 Release

nike-blazer-high-v-lux-black

The whole “strapped” trend has defiantly reached it’s peak in todays fashion. We have come a long ways since the simple ankle straps and lace panel cover straps, and it seems like the thicker and more straps included on a sneaker the more some people tend to like them. One of the models which has been making plenty of use of straps lately is the Nike Blazer.

Seen here is a Nike Blazer High V Lux which uses a total of 5 straps, something we have seen on the Blazer in the past. However, what makes these differently is the fact they will be beyond extremely limited. We’re talking Tier 0 release limited. To see these off perfectly for a Tier 0 release Nike did the Blazers in an entirely blacked out colorway using the finest of materials available such as premium tumbled leather and aged black leather which has a “cracked” look to it. There is absolutely no secondary color included anywhere within the shoes leaving these as another nod to the “all black everything” look.

The expected release for this Tier 0 Nike Blazer High V Lux is set for December 1st. Via: Warped

Manny Pacquiao x Nike Trainer 1 x Air Max 360

manny-pacquiao-nike-trainer-1-360

Who tuned in to the Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto fight Friday night? Better yet, who copped the latest Manny Pacquiao x Nike Trainer 1 which released on Saturday, the same day Pac-Man laid out Cotto with a TKO 55seconds into the 12th round to claim the WBO Welterweight Title? With Manny’s popularity growing at a tremendous pace the fans must of been dying to get their hands on anything Manny has to do with cause the sneakers sold out pretty much within minutes after going online.

We aren’t quite sure yet what the deal is with these but as it appears Manny and Nike have taken the Trainer 1 and ditched the Free sole and Max Air unit in the heel and replaced it with a Air Max 360 unit. As you can see though the shoes sport the exact same Philippines inspired colorway and designed featured on the most recent Manny Pacquiao x Nike Air Trainer 1. This could either be just a sample which Nike was debating on releasing instead of the one with the Free Sole or it could possibly be an exclusive just for Manny himself.

Whatever the story may be make sure you keep it locked to Sneaker Obsession for further updates. Click here to get a closer look at the sneakers from top to bottom. Via: SC

Nike Blazer Mid (GS) – Grey/White/Dark Navy

nike-blazer-mid-grey-white-navy

One of the things i hate is coming across a dope pair of kicks in a smooth lookin colorup just to find out my size 13 has no chance of squeezing in a pair due to the fact they are a GS release. Sometimes this really erks the hell out of me, such as right now, after coming across this new Nike Blazer Mid. Unfortunately Nike has only released this specific Blazer in kids sizes 3.5 – 7. What i really dig about this particular colorway is that it follows the tone of the NY Yankees away jerseys. The entire upper sports a shade of grey with white added to the Nike Swoosh and tongue tag branding, and dark navy wrapping up the inner lining, heel tab and mid-sole.

If you happen to be lucky enough to fit into GS releases these you can this Nike Blazer Mid now at Finishline for $60. If you make a purchase dont forget to enter coupon code HOLIDAY1060 to save $10 during checkout.

For all you Nike Air Max LeBron VII fans out there were have obtained some images giving us a look at yet another upcoming release. For this particular version of the LeBron 7 the sneakers use white leather on the toe and bottom half of the sneakers with black being used for the Flywire and trim surrounding the flywire, which by the way happens to look like nubuck. The Nike Swoosh is finished off in white with a gold outline to accompany the gold lace holders, LeBron James “L23″ logo and LeBron James “L23″ medallion.

No official release date is available at this time. Click here to check out a few more pics of the sneakers and stay tuned for further updates. Via: FatBoyKickz

Show Us Your Beaters!!

air-force-1-jewels

“What kicks are you rocking today” is the most popular question among sneakerheads over the web today. We all take an interest in what one another is wearing and usually take pride in showing off the crisp kicks we have decided to rock out in for the day.

Along with those crispy clean kicks we want to see those beaters too. And i dont mean those shoes which some people call beaters which are still in mint condition, ya know the ones, a pair of average sneakers which you wear on random nights out when you dont wanna wear a pair of fresh Jays or whatever it may be. I mean your real beaters, the kicks which are on the verge of busting at the seams, or have already busted at the seams.

I for one go hard in all my sneakers, no matter what they be or how limited they are. Like the Jones Beach Air Force 1’s i have on today. They may still be crispy clean now but sooner or later these puppies will be hurting and begin to be laid to rest.

My most beat up sneakers have to be these classic Air Force 1 Jewels, or possibly a pair of Trainer SC’s which i will get to some other time. The AF1 Jewels are some of my favorite sneakers and day after day im always wishing for Nike to bring em back and mass produce them again. What i love about my beaters is that they all have stories to tell. Whether they be stories about balling on the court, running from the cops during my youth, getting smashed at keg parties in the middle of the woods during rain nights, or simply just messin around and having fun. Just look at these filthy things. The support in the shoe is shot and they are scuffed up to no need, even the red is scuffed off a lot of the Swoosh. Look at the yellow mid-sole too, needless to say these bad boys have been around for quite some time. Jason Markk or the JGoods Restoration Kit cant even do these things justice. You can slide right into these like you can slide right into a loose…Actually, let me finish that sentence right there since this is a kid friendly site.

Click here to check out a few pictures of just how beat these AF1’s are and hit us up on Twitter with some shots of the most beat up sneakers you have in your collection. Lets see how hard you have gone in some of your sneakers and whether or not you have kept them or trashed them.

Thanks to MarqueeSole we have obtained a few more detailed images of the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Copper’ we showed you last week.
