Nike Air Max 90 Hamburger
Nike Sportswear picked out 8 different artists/creatives/designers/photographers and gave them each 1 Nike Sportswear icon to interpret. Creative Olle Hemmendorff from Sweden was given the Nike Air Max 90 shoes to work with. Olle defiantly did some thinking outside the box when he created this Nike Air Max 90 Hamburger made exactly to look like a pair of Air Max’s. Yes, it is really edible too, for aslong as the food stays fresh of course. The hamburger is made up of 8 layers which includes buns, cheese, tomatoes, sauce, mean and more. I like how Olle cut the cheese (no pun intended) to do the Nike Swoosh and the sauce on the heel is brilliant. These as well as the designs from the 7 other artists/creatives and etc are on display at SneakersNStuff in Stockholm, Sweden.
Nike Dunk ‘Double Dare’ Customs – Detailed Pics
These are the last 2 pairs of Nike Dunks which are part of the Nike Dunk Going Green Exhibit by Bespoke Sneaker Gallery. I already showed you some detailed shots of the Joker Nike Dunks and the Slimer Nike Dunks so heres the follow up with the Double Dare Dunks. Since there were 2 teams on Double Dare, the red team and the blue team, Bespoke Sneaker Gallery did a pair of Dunks to represent each team. The design includes using a checkered pattern which you see on the mid-panel and a design on the upper heel which were both taken straight from the Double Dare TV Show set. Double Dare brings me back to the good ol’ days when i was just a young’n so these 2 Dunks have to be my favorite ones from the Going Green Exhibit. Nike SB September 2008 Releases
For all you Nike SB fans out there heres a look at what will be coming your way for September 2008. First up you have a Nike SB Blazer in a black/bright cactus colorway, then theres a SB Blazer Low Premium in khaki/grape, SB Dunk Low Pro in magnet/light poison green, SB P-Rod II Zoom Air in newsprint/sport red, SB Zoom Tre A.D. in shock orange/new blue and lastly a pair of Dunk Mid Pro SB in black/aqua fuel blue. Follow the jump for all the pictures of the shoes and hit up your Nike SB retailers on the first of the month to check for availability.
Nike SB P-Rod II – Black / Metallic Gold
For the month of August Nike SB has released these new P-Rod II’s. Dressed in a black and metallic gold colorway the sneakers are made up of mostly suede on the upper with a leather Nike Swoosh. The mid-sole is a combination of brown and a black speckle design. As usual you have the Nike SB P-Rod diamond design on the mid-panel with P. Rod’s signature on the tongue. You can pick up these new P-Rod 2’s at select Nike SB retailers including BNYConline. Follow the jump for more pictures.
Nike Hyperdunk – Chris Bosh PE
Heres a glimpse of a pair of Player Exclusive Nike Hyperdunks which were made for Chris Bosh of the Toronto Raptors. The power forward/center for the Raptors has made quite a name for himself in the N.B.A. so the Nike squad blessed him with these Nike Hyperdunks. The shoes include the Toronto Raptors colorway of white, black and red along with Chris Bosh’s number 4 stitched onto the toe. On the tongue of the sneakers it says CB4 in red on a white tag. So far we have seen a lot of different color variations of the Hyperdunks along with numerous Player Exclusive Hyperdunks and im sure we can expect a lot more in the future. Nike Dunk ‘Slimer’ Customs – Detailed Pictures
A few days ago i gave you guys a peek at the Nike Dunk Going Green Exhibit by Bespoke Sneaker Gallery. Since then i have posted detailed pictures of the custom Joker Nike Dunks and now heres some solo shots of the Custom Dunks inspired by Slimer from the epic Ghostbusters movies. Bespoke Sneaker Gallery kept the design on the Slimer Dunks fairly simple with a slim green and pink colorway. Slimer is a pretty simple character to being with though. With a completely green body and pink tongue theres not really much to him to work with. To add a little something more to the design besides the colors of Slimer Bespoke Sneaker Gallery added teeth to the lace tab and upper heel panel. Youll find a close up shot of the teeth after the jump to give you a better visual. If you didnt know these were designed after Slimer then chances are you would think it was just a random color combo and prob wouldnt not recognize the design on the lace tab and heel as teeth.
