Nike Dunk Japan City Attack Pack – Osaka

A couple months ago Nike put together the Japan City Attack Pack which included 4 Nike Dunks designed after 4 cities in Japan. Among the 4 selected cities were Osaka, Fukoaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo. Until recently Nike had released all the designs expect for 1, the Osaka pair which is shown above. This past week Nike had finally released the Osaka Nike Dunk at select retailers to finish up the Japan City Attack Pack. The sneakers came in a nice wood Nike box and included an insole displaying some of the streets in Osaka, Japan. Daisuke Matsuzaka x Nike 1World Air Force 1

Continuing with the 1World Project Nike has released an image of the 6th pair of Air Force Ones to be added to the 1World Collection. The design on the Air Force One is a collaboration between Nike and Daisuke Matsuzaka a.k.a. Dice K from the Boston Red Sox. Instead of going with a design inspired by the team he plays for, or something baseball related, Daisuke Matsuzaka went with a layout somewhat inspired by his Japanese heritage. On the heel panel, lace tab and tongue Daisuke went with an orange dragon-like leather material with white pony hair on the frontal, mid-panel, and heel panel. Also included into the Air Force One is an image of a dragon on the heel. I cant wait to see what else will be released for the Nike 1World Collection. Check out the Nike 1World site here to hover over each aspect of the design for more info. Via: SF
Nike Air Pippen 1 (I) – Tar / Sunset / Light Taupe / White
Nike has added a new colorway to the retro Nike Air Pippen 1 Retro collection. Here we see a tar, sunset, light taupe and white colorway which carries a completely different look then the very popular black, red and white colorway on the OGs. Where as those had a little bit of a pop to them these keep it more mellow and low key i think. Thats not to say the colorway is completely off though as the dark look was carried out pretty nicely if you ask me. You can get them now at select Nike retailers including LTD Online.
Nike Vandal ‘CircuiTTK’ Customs

Back in 2007 sneaker customizer TTK did 3 pairs of custom sneakers for a shop in South Korea called NEW9. Here we feature the custom Nike Vandal shoes which he created and dubbed ‘CircuiTTK’. The inspiration for the design was based on a circuit board where as the black included into the design represents the soldering you usually see on the back of a circuit board. TTK did the frontal, lace tab and heel tab all in a safari print while the Nike Swoosh was done in a subtle gold with a green outline that wraps around to the heel. Lastly he slapped on a pair of neon green laces to finish things up. If you never saw these from back in 07′ peep the rest of the pictures after the jump and stay tuned for shots of the other 2 custom sneakers TTK created for NEW9.

Nike Dunk ‘Superstar’ Customs – Illuminated Design

Evolved Footwear, who has made a pretty big name for himself creating sneakers with illuminated designs, presents his newest pair of custom Nike Dunks dubbed ‘Superstar’. Inspired by the Lupe Fiasco song ‘Superstar’ Evolved Footwear used many key elements taken straight from the Lupe Fiasco music video. The design starts out with a smooth blue colorway on the upper with a confetti design and smoke pattern along the frontal and lace tab with a big bright ‘red carpet’ tongue. To finish things off and include the usual use of lights into the design Evolved Footwear added to big stars to the outer side panels of the sneakers which illuminate blue. Check out pictures of the actual sneakers after the jump including a video of them lighting up.
