Friday Night Match-Up: GO NUGGETS!!!

As promised, tonight’s match up will honor my beloved, Allen Iverson commandeered, Denver Nuggets (Who are currently beating my other favorite team, the Warriors). Instead of doing the traditional, easily predictable, Carmelo Anthony colorway Jordan 2’s, or doing a pair of M4’s, Questions, etc, I decided to switch it up and bring it back to…. the Good Ol’ Days. Enjoy.
Next week, I may bring out something from my own collection from our buddies at Risurch also paying tribute to both the Greatest pound for pound player in the game, and the Greatest himself.

Friday Night Match-Up: Todd Jordan Blazers

Tonight, in honor of my own ensuing pick up of my long saught after Todd Jordans, the Friday Night match-up will be centered around them. The total cost of the fit is $185 give or take a couple bucks. The outfit features the kicks of course, with a new tee from up and coming clothing line ALL SOULED OUT, and a New Era fitted (of course) from www.ecapcity.com.
Next week, I will honor my favorite Denver Nuggets for their courageous double OT 1-point-prayer-shot win over the Rockets last night.

Teen Caught Selling Fake Nike Sneakers
The man laying down the law and helping get the fakes off the street. An 18 year old male from Eastchester NY is accused of distributing counterfeit Nike sneakers and Apple Ipod Minis. Naceim Quarmout was pulled over on the Cross County Parkway for speeding and after a quick license check the DMV record showed him having a suspended license. After acting all sketched out the officer searched the vehicle and found a collection of 11 fake Ipods and 12 Nike Sneakers in the trunk of the vehicle. Further investigation led officers to find out that Naceim had a stock room in Yonkers with even more IPods and Nike Sneakers which were all fake. Gotta give it up to the boys in blue for this one. Check out the news clip.
Nike Dunk SB Mid Donatello Preview

2008 is going to be a good year for Nike Dunk SB lineup. Theres going to be a lot of 80s related themes such as the Ferris Buller edition Dunk among others. To go along with the other hot SBs coming our way we have a preview here of a Nike Dunk which appears to be inspired by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. The colorway includes a combo of charcoal, green and a tad bit of purple. No pictures have come up of the insoles of these sneakers, nor has Nike SB officially said these are related to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. You cant deny though that the colors are an obvious match and with Nike SB paying respect to the 80s babies it appears these go with the popular cartoon at the time, TMNJ. Keep it locked to Sneaker Obsession for future updates.

Polka Dot Dunk by tM Customs

This pair of Pink Polka Dot Nike Dunks was a personal project by tM Customs. He was throwing around some Christmas ideas on what he could do for his girlfriend. Being a artist/customizer he put his talents down on a pair of Nike Dunk kicks for his girl. After brainstorming some ideas he went with a Polka Dot theme in 2 shades of pink with red polka dot and a black swoosh and sole. Since the customs were already done he surprised her early with them and right away she tried everything on and swapped the laces for a yellow/green pair, which happens to set the shirt off very nicely. tM Customs is always looking to do up a fresh pair of kicks so get at him with your ideas and he’ll get back to you with some quotes. You can check me on Myspace here or hit him up on AIM under the name themenacesmt. You can also hit up tM Customs at tM_Customs@yahoo.com
