Nike Vandal Hi Leather – Black / Red
I cant say im personally a big fan of the Nike Vandal, but im digging the colorway Nike has put together for one of the newest Vandal releases. This leather Nike Vandal Hi sports a black upper with white around the toe-box and lace panel, and on the mid-sole. To match up with the outsole a red patent leather was stitched up for the Nike Swoosh. The black with the white outlines defiantly makes these Vandals pop.

Nike Vandal High Supreme EX ‘Heavy Metal’ – White / Silver
It appears as if the Heavy Metal/Rock Pack series from Nike continues, with this new pair of Nike Vandal High Supreme EX shoes getting the rock star treatment. Some of you may remember a few of the previous designs featured in the heavy metal collection, such as this Nike Vandal High Supreme EX and this Nike Terminator High Supreme which were both finished with a rock star inspired theme in black and gold.
This time around Nike constructed the Vandal Supremes with a predominantly white finish with a studded design used across all the layers of the upper besides for the toe-box and lace panel. The toe-box itself and the tongue use white mesh material. Accenting the white is a hit of grey/silver on the mid-sole, around the Nike Swoosh and on the the various Nike branding on the strap and tongue. Theres also a guitar pick included with the sneakers which says Vandal on it with ‘metal’ printed under it.

Nike Vandal Hi – Black / Yellow / White

Coming a black, yellow and white colorway the Nike Vandal features black canvas on the frontal, toe-box and heel with smooth white leather on the mid-panel and heel tag. Accenting the shoes is bright yellow pipping throughout.

Nike Vandal ‘Michigan Wolverines’ – College Football Helmet Pack
Yesterday we presented to you the OSU Nike Blazer High which is part of an upcoming College Football Helmet pack. Today we feature a pair of Nike Vandals which are also part of the College Football Helmet pack. Inspired by the rivals of the Ohio State Buckeys these Nike Vandals carry a design on the upper taken straight from the Michigan Wolverines helmets and uniforms.
The Michigan Wolverines Nike Vandals feature an upper constructed from mostly patent leather in blue and yellow, with a touch of dark blue suede on the toe-box, ankle strap and lace panels. The Nike Swoosh is finished in some sort of transcluent mesh material and the midsole is 100% white with a blue outsole. Lastly the number 72 was added to the ankle strap in yellow.
We dont have an extact release date for these or the Ohio State Nike Blazers but they are expected to hit retailers around the 3rd quarter of the year during the Fall 2009 season. Stay tuned for further updates.
Nike ‘For The Love Of The City’ Pack
In two weeks all the House of Hoops locations will be getting 4 exclusive Nike sneakers that celebrate Chicago, Houston, New York and LA. The pack which will be known as ‘For The Love Of The City’ will include a Nike Dunk Lo and High, a Nike Vandal, and a Air Force 2. The Dunk Lo celebrates Los Angeles, the Dunk High is for NYC, the Vandal is for Houston and lastly the Air Force 2 is for Chicago.
Its goes without saying that all four models will be a limited release. Head out early on Saturday, February 21st, or go the night before, at either of the House of Hoops locations for a shot to get a pair yourself.

Womens Nike Vandal High – Silver / Yellow
One of the latest Vandals to be released for the ladies is this Nike Vandal High shown above. The upper features a silver frontal, heel panel, Nike swoosh and lace tab with a grey speckled mid-panel and toe box. Yellow accents are noticed on the heel tab, around the Nike swoosh and on the ankle strap.
