Nike SB Dunk Low - Gore-Tex
Months ago preview images of the Nike SB Dunk Low Gore-Tex were released and up until now we really werent given a detailed look at the sneakers. The sneakers look pretty fresh with the use of different shades of grey made up of a Gore-Tex upper front to back. Also included is an official Gore-Tex tag up towards the ankle. Nike SB Dunk Low ‘De La Soul’ - 2009 Release
Towards the beginning of August the legendary hip-hop group De La Soul did an interview with Karmaloop TV where they revealed some info about another upcoming collaboration with Nike. At the time there were no pictures available of the project and due to the popularity of their previous project with Nike the fans were dying to see some shots of what they would look like. Nike SB reports that these metallic silver Nike SB Dunks were originally suppose to release in 2006. Since that never happened Nike SB and De La Soul will apparently release them sometime in 2009. The metallic silver SB Dunk is said to be designed after the album cover of AOI: Bionix which De La Soul released in 2001. On the front of the AOI: Bionix album cover the members of De La Soul are shown wearing metallic silver astronaut suits. At this time there is no official release date, nor is anybody all that sure that the design will not change before its official release so stay tuned to Sneaker Obsession for further updates as they are revealed. Nike SB Dunk ‘Diamond Tiffany’ Customs
When i saw these Nike SB Dunks designed by Kaos415 i immediately fell in love. I have always had a thing for the Tiffany SB Dunks but would of much rather seen them in something other then a pair of lows. Thats exactly what Kaos did for his first pair of custom sneakers. He laid down a Tiffany Dunk design of a pair of SB Dunk Mids instead of the orginal Lows and the ones you usually see customizers doing. The design is solid and the croc print on the frontal, heel panel and lace tab looks great. It doesnt appear like the colors match up 100 percent but it doesnt matter cause these bad boys are fresh. I think i may even like them with the white Nike Swoosh compared to the silver Swoosh on the originals. My props go out to Kaos415 on these custom Diamond Tiffany Dunk Mids. Nike SB September 2008 Releases
For all you Nike SB fans out there heres a look at what will be coming your way for September 2008. First up you have a Nike SB Blazer in a black/bright cactus colorway, then theres a SB Blazer Low Premium in khaki/grape, SB Dunk Low Pro in magnet/light poison green, SB P-Rod II Zoom Air in newsprint/sport red, SB Zoom Tre A.D. in shock orange/new blue and lastly a pair of Dunk Mid Pro SB in black/aqua fuel blue. Nike SB P-Rod II - Black / Metallic Gold
For the month of August Nike SB has released these new P-Rod II’s. Dressed in a black and metallic gold colorway the sneakers are made up of mostly suede on the upper with a leather Nike Swoosh. The mid-sole is a combination of brown and a black speckle design. As usual you have the Nike SB P-Rod diamond design on the mid-panel with P. Rod’s signature on the tongue. 250 Pair Sneaker Collection for sale on Ebay
Do you just so happen to have 70,000 dollars sitting around to spend on sneakers? Probably not but believe it or not some people do as shown in this ebay auction for 250 pairs of sneakers here. There are over 60 bids and the highest (at the time of posting this) is $70,000. The sneaker collection contains of boat load of Dunks, SB Dunks, Jordans, Air Max, Blazers and a few other assorted models. There are also a lot of rare and limited edition sneakers scattered throughout the collection. All the sneakers are a size 10US and are in DS condition with the original boxes and tissue still in the shoes. Theres no telling if the highest bidder at this time is a legit bid or not but theres about a day and a half left so im sure we will see even a higher bid before this all ends.
