Nike Air Force II
Nike Air Force 2 ‘Nintendo Wii’
Ever since the inital release of the Nintendo Wii the gaming console had become an instant success and accepted by gamers young and old. With Nike always following the popular trends the company plans to release these Nintendo Wii inspired Air Force II (2) sneakers next year.
The Nike Air Force 2 ‘Nintendo Wii’ features an interesting design on the upper constructed of various materials, or prints, such as white/metallic silver safari print, ostrich leather, white mesh and white leather. Also included into the design of the upper is clear plastic panels giving you a look right inside the sneakers. The tongue has a design which has the the Nintendo Wii power button enclosed around the Nike logo. This is not an official Nintendo Wii x Nike collaboration, therefore there is no branding by Nintendo anywhere on the sneakers.
The sneakers are said to be releasing during the Spring/Summer of 2009 but just the other day a sample popped up on Ebay giving us a better look at whats to come. Hit the jump for a couple detailed pictures.

Nike Air Force II – Game Select

Heres a look at a new pair of Nike Air Force II sneakers dubbed ‘Game Select’. The Air Force II is constructed on a black leather upper with a tonal wood grain print around the frontal and heel panel along with a mesh toe box and perforated mid-panel. The mid-sole carries the look of stained piece of wood with sort of a fade to it. Also printed in red on the side of the sneaker is “Game Select”. Speculation says the sneakers may be inspried by the classic Atari gaming system and its wood finish, but there is no exact word on that. Nor is there an official release date at this time so stayed tuned for more info. Via: SF
