New Balance MT580J ‘Spy Vs. Spy’
Another pack for the epic comic Spy vs Spy, this time around from New Balance. Earlier in the year Bodega released a Puma Spy vs Spy II HI and it seems New Balance picked up on the idea. Two MT580J Models are available, one covered in mostly black, with white and touches of red and the others white, black and red. Both sneakers feature the eyes of the comic book characters on the back, along with a red bomb on the black ones and a red dynomite stick on the white ones. SBTG x Methamphibian – NB 576 Heaven & Hell Edition
SBTG and Methamphibian who are both internationally known sneaker customizers got together to bring you this pack of New Balance 576 sneakers. Dubbed the ‘Heaven and Hell Edition’ the New Balance pack will include two different versions of the 576. The Heaven Edition will be available in white and the Hell Edition in black of course. These sneakers are not customs, they are an actual collaboration between New Balance, SBTG and Meth. Each colorway will be limited to 444 pairs and will release in April at Leftfoot Singapore and Taipei, Undefeated Japan, Mita Sneakers and Atmos. Im personally loving the Hell Edition 576 sneakers with the black and touches of purple. I seem to have a thing for grape/purple. Im not gonna lie though, both of these are extremely hot. Nonnative x New Balance M1700
Japan based company Nonnative got together with New Balance to bring you these simple M1700 sneakers. Not that “simple” is a bad thing. Nonnative and New Balance kept these sneakers subtle while still giving them that fresh look. Available in 2 colorways, the white pair has a a touch of red and light blue, while the gray pair has a combo of an off white along with a tad bit of blue. Staying true to the classic New Balance look that has been known for years. These will be available shortly at Honeyee.
24 Kilates x New Balance x New Era – Modernism Pack
24 Kilates, a shop based out of Barcelona Spain is hitting you with a triple threat here. When i say triple threat i mean 24 Kilates, New Balance and New Era have all teamed up to bring you this exclusive fit. Dubbed the “Modernism Pack” the design is inspired by Antoni Gaudi. Antoni was a famous Spanish architect from the early 1900s who is know for his unique style and highly individualistic designs. These sneakers arent shy of that “unique style and highly individualistic designs” Antoni is known for. The sneakers include a multicolor mosaic pattern with black leather. Besides all that, these sneakers will be released in a limit number of 144 shoes and they will be released sometime in March. The denim fitted is just as limited. This pack is the first of 3 packs which 24 Kilates will release so be on the look out for those in the future as well. Check out the 24 Kilates website for more information.
Sportie LA & TANNERY M576 New Balance Sneakers
Sportie LA located in LA & TANNERY located in Boston both get together with New Balance to bring you these New Balance M576’s. The TANNERY M576’s are some bright kicks for sure. Those are the ones which feature a yellow, white and a somewhat sky blue color. They also have polka dots on the New Balance N logo. The Sportie LA ones im liking. Those are the black ones which also have polka dots on the New Balance N logo. From what i have heard these sneakers will be sold only in Japan. Good luck getting your hands on a pair.
Alife x New Balance Reflective 576 is done
Sadly the Alife x New Balance 3M Reflective 576 collaboration has come to an end. For some reason unknown the sneakers were stopped from being released. Apparently there was a problem with the production of the sneaker and they have all be junked. It’s a shame cause that was a nice pair of Alife shoes too. Alife and New Balance are set to release another sneaker, hopefully, sometime in 2008.
