New Balance x Nine West – Fall 2009
New Balance and Nine West have collaborated for their second time to present the females out there with a brand new Fall 2009 Collection. The collection includes a three colorways of the Icon which was a popular release between the two companies last season, three Kiki low colorways with cross rubber band stitching, and two new styles both of which are high top designs with one using studs on parachute material and the other using a graffiti design.

New Balance 850 – Chocolate/Cream
When i spotted this new colorway of the New Balance 850 which is set to release later this year it instantly caught my attention due to its smooth looking colorway. The upper on the NB 850 features chocolate leather which is accented with a cream color on the inner lining and throughout the upper. The toe-box and ankle (so it looks) sports perforated chocolate leather. Further details include a reinforced ankle collar and a C-Cap midsole also in chocolate and accented with cream.
No official release date has been announced at this time but its rumored that this New Balance 850 is part of a four-pack which is expected to hit retailers sometime this coming Fall season. Stay tuned for further details.
New Balance 455 Trail Shoe Re-Issue
Is 2009 going to be the year to bring back models which havent seen the light of day 2 to 3 decades? We just showed you the Nike Killshot which has just been re-issued and now here we have the New Balance 455 Trail Shoe. The 455 is a trail shoe developed by New Balance in 1979. The re-issue brings back the 455 with modern materials used in sneakers today and sophisticated color blocking for the Spring/Summer 2009 season.

New Balance M575JWO – White / Ostrich
Honestly speaking, the New Balance 575 is one of the most comfortable sneakers in my collection. I find myself wearing them on the regular pretty much as beaters. Dont get me wrong, i take care of them like i would any normal sneaker so its hard for me to call em beaters, but they are more or less my daily everyday sneakers. Im always on the look out for the colorups and designs when it comes to the NB 575 so when i saw this new release on Choko it caught my attention right away.
Here we have the New Balance M575JWO which features an all white design with a little bit of an exotic vibe to it. Stitched up on part of the upper is white faux ostrich material which adds a little bit of texture to the otherwise smooth leather sneakers. To accompany the predominantly white sneakers New Balance threw in a black speckle design on the mid-sole.
We arent to sure if the sneakers have been released in the States yet or not, or when they will be if they havent already, so visit your local New Balance distributor to check on availability.
New Balance 577 Launches Stateside
Available for the first time in the US, New Balance will launch the 577 for Spring 2009. The NB 577 is a model which was designed by the New Balance UK team in 1988 and originally debuted as a performance running shoe for heavy runners. Since its original launch the New Balance 577 was strictly sold across the pond and never actually available in US based stores. More then 20 years later the 577 final makes its US debut.
The 577 is updated this season in three leather colorways: white/black, black/white and grey/white/black. Follow the break to take a look at all three colorups and visit your local New Balance retailer now to check on availability.
New Balance MTG580 Gore-Tex CMYK Pack
You no longer have to worry about your sneakers getting destroyed by the rain or being with the New Balance MTG580 Gore-Tex CMYK Pack. For awhile now the Gore-Tex pack has been making the rounds around Asia and Japan but now the sneakers have finally hit the states.
This Tier Zero release from New Balance includes three NB 580’s which have been given a Gore-Tex design to withstand the elements which usually destroy a lot of sneakers. From left to right you have the New Balance 580 Gore-Tex in Yellow, Teal Blue, and Deep Purple. Each shoe comes with additional elasticized laces as well with toggles on them for more all-terrain use.
Since this is a Tier-Zero release dont expect to find these at just any New Balance retailer. Availability is extremely limited and one of the few places where you can get them in the states is at Major. Phone orders are accepted.
