Fresh of the heels of the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850 released earlier this month comes two more colorways of the New Balance 850. As part of their January 2010 releases New Balance presents two very traditional colorways of the 850, one in a white/grey/red/black color scheme and the other in a white/grey/black/teal. On the upper of both sneakers is some sort of textured material with silver on the heel tab. If i had to pick one, which would be a little hard since i’m really feeling both colorups, i think i’d have to give it to the white/grey/black/teal version. Although minimal, those teal hits pop nicely.

Select retailers such as Laced in Australia have reiceved the sneakers a few weeks early. Those who have yet to get em should be getting em soon so visit your local retailer to check on availability in your area.

Skippy the Kangaroo is back in another viral video to promote the release of the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850. In the first video Skippy delivered a very important message, the official release date of the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850. Shortly after that we saw a somewhat angry Skippy in a second video when he came across a young boy cleaning the NB 850. Now Skippy shows to us how affective the ultra light weight performance of the NB 850 is and just what one could do if they got their hands on a pair.

Yesterday Sneaker Freaker and New Balance released a viral video with Skippy the Kangaroo delivering a very important message, the release of the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850 which is also know as Skippy. Shortly after the video made it rounds around the web these detailed images of the New Balance 850 have been released giving us a clear look at whats to come December 5th, 2009.

The Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850 consist of a very eye catching design and features a piece of material which comes straight from their homeland of Australia, kangaroo leather. The tan kangaroo leather is seen wrapping around the toe of the shoes with tan mesh on the tox-box. The mid-section and heel panels use a combo of black leather, black nubuck and black mesh with white leather added to the heel tab. Popping right off the black and tan base are accents of neon yellow on the inner lining, on the heel cap and outlining the black NB logo. To accompany the upper an off-white mid-sole was added along with a white outsole.
