Kanye West x Louis Vuitton ‘Dons’ – New Pictures
Just when we thought the news about the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton ‘Dons’ had died out for a little while we have been proven wrong. The gang over at BKRW has posted a few new pictures giving all of us a look at each colorway which is set to release. This isnt the first time we have caught a look at the color schemes which will be made available when the Louis Vuitton Dons are releasesed but these shots are defiantly some of the more clearer ones we have seen.
Total there are five colorways pictured, with three high top models and two low cut designs. When it comes to the high top design there is an all black model, an all white model and one which is made from a combo of white/grey/pink. The low top design on the other hand comes in a black color scheme and a light brown/dark brown/pink colorway.
The Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Dons are expected to start hitting LV retailers in June 2009. We have still yet to hear anything else about the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton womens sneakers so we will be sure to keep you updated on those as well when info drop.

Kanye West x Louis Vuitton ‘Dons’ Colorways
A couple more pictures of the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Sneakers have surfaced online giving folks more to drool over, or bash on. This past weekend Kanye West sure gave us, and the rest of the blogs something to talk about with all the pictures he posted on his blog of his upcoming Louis Vuitton sneakers. The reactions were very mixed among the sneaker community with some people loving them and other people hating them, and some loving them and hating them due to the high price they have been expected to reach.
Previously we posted a close up look at these Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Sneakers in Red but now thanks to the crew over at Selectism we have a shot of the black and white ones as well. A release date is calling for sometime in June at select LV retailers and from what we hear the prices will be up around $600-700. Thats just speculation for now though so stay tuned for further details.
Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Womens Sneakers
Besides Air Jordan releases this weekend has been full of Kanye West x Louis Vuitton news. Kanye has sure given the blogs something to talk about showing off pictures of his Louis Vuitton Sneakers. The latest post on his blog involving his footwear series with LV shows off two pairs of Louis Vuitton sneakers for the ladies. Both pairs include an upper made of nothing but suede in either gray or purple, with a pink sole unit with the LV monograms.
Kanye says there is another model which he isnt shown here, a bone color. No release date at this time but hopefully the ladies enjoy these cause according to Kanye he did it for you and begged LV to make these.

Kanye West x Louis Vuitton High Top Preview
The Kanye West x Louis Vuitton High Top Sneakers were just showed you limited use to one single picture which showed the glow in the dark design of the sneakers. Now thanks to HipHopUpdate we have some pictures of what the actual sneakers themselves look like, without the glow.
As we can see the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton high top sneakers use a white/gray/brown upper which is made from a mixture of suede and premium leather. The sole unit of the shoes is done in bright red and has the LV monograms on the mid-sole near the heel just like we saw on the Red Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Shoes. No info regarding any kind of release date has been announced so at this time we are not sure if this is just a sample model for Kanye or something which will eventually be released to the public.

Kanye West x Louis Vuitton ‘Glow In The Dark’ High Top Sneaker Preview
Not only is Kanye West and Louis Vuitton working on the Louis Vuttion ‘Dons’ Shoes but it would appear Kanye also has a high top in the works. No we arent talking about the Air Yeezy, it would appear to be another LV model. Late last night Kanye West posted this preview on his blog showing the high-profile shoes bearing a glow-in-the-dark design. Its really hard to tell what the colors of the upper could be due to the glowing effect but you can clearly see two big velcro straps.
Hopefully Kanye will post up some more info about these sneakers. We will be sure to keep you covered if we hear anything else.
Kanye West reveals Louis Vuitton Dons
As you know we have been following the release of the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Shoes. After previewing the red joints and the white joints we now have some pictures of 4 models that Kanye and Louis Vuitton recently revealed during a LV Fashion show in Paris. The Louis Vuitton sneakers made in collaboration with Kanye West will be know as the Louis Vuitton ‘Dons’ and will cost up around $500-$600 a piece, leaving them only to those who can defiantly roll with the big boys.
We still dont have detailed pictures of all the color schemes yet, but now you can see a beige/black model and an all black colorway both of which we havent seen in the past. The make up of the Louis Vuitton Dons will include a construction of leather, suede, and patent leather and will come with Louis Vuitton branding on single tone uppers.
No release date at this time, so stay tuned for further updates.
