Air Jordan 1 High Retro ‘Blue Sapphire’
I could originally remember hearing that Jordan Brand wasnt going to release anymore Retro Jordans in 2009, but apparently thats not the case as we have already previewed a few Retros set to release in 2009 such as the Air Jordan 1 Mid Retro ‘Hare’ we featured not all that long ago. Here we take a look at another Air Jordan 1 Retro set to release sometime in ‘09, this time a high top version in a blue sapphire colorway constructed with an upper made of ripstop nylon.
The Blue Sapphire Air Jordan 1 Retro should be hitting retailers towards the beginning of 2009 will be hitting Jordan Brand retailers on March, 14th 2009 for a retail price of $105.
Air Jordan XI (11) / XII (12) Countdown Pack on Ebay
One the the much talked about Air Jordan 11/12 Countdown Packs has hit Ebay. This Air Jordan 11/12 CDP has to be one of the most, if not the most, popular Countdown Pack of the year with two very popular Air Jordan models in two very sought after colorways. Dont expect the price on these Ebay Auctions to be cheap for something like this either.
The AJ 11/12 CDP was officially released a few days ago on December 20th and sold out instantly at numerous retailers and caused tons of server issues for many online shops due to massive amounts of traffic. If you missed out on your chance to pick up one of the packs your only options are to hope for a restock at places like FinishLine and Footlocker or grab a pair on Ebay before they are all gone. If you move quick you may still be able to grab the Air Jordan 11/12 Countdown Pack at a decent price.
Air Jordan Quatro – White / Red
Jordan Brand has a lot of plans for 2009 as we have seen from previews of upcoming releases. Another sneaker which Jordan Brand will release, besides for the recently posted Air Jordan 1 Mid Retro ‘Hare’ and Infrared Air Jordan 1 Retro, is this white and fire red colorway of the Air Jordan Quatro. The Quatro isnt one of the more popular Jordan Brand designs but with this white and red colorway closely resembling the Mars Blackmon Air Jordan 4 some Jordan fans may just taking a liking to these.

Air Jordan 1 Mid Retro ‘Hare’
Jordan Brand knows the AJ 1 is an all time classic and will always be loved among the masses, so in 2009 they plan to release a few different variations of the AJ 1such as the Infrared Air Jordan 1 we recently showed you, and these Hare Air Jordan 1 Mid Retros.
Inspired by the Hare Air Jordan 7, the Hare Air Jordan 1 Mid will be available in 2 colorways and feature the same inspiration from the Jordan Brand x Bugs Bunny marketing campaigns Jordan was once famous for, and which was used on the 7s. The colorways which will be made available at some point in 2009 are white/light silver/true red and grey/light silver/true red.

Air Jordan 2009 Black / Gold – Detailed Pictures
Earlier this month we posted detailed pics of the Air Jordan 2009 – Black / Gold but the quality of the speakers were lacking. Thanks to fatboykickz again we have some new updated pictures of the Air Jordan 2009 which are shown in a lot better quality.
The sneakers feature a black patent leather upper with a Jumpman hologram on the side. Gold was left to a minium and accented on the heel, front and inside of the shoe. No official name has been mentioned at this time, or a release date, for this 2009 Jordan model or its counter partner, the Air Jordan 2009 White / Black. Stay tuned for updates.
Eminem x Jason Mayden Interview – Air Jordan 2 ‘The Way I Am’
Eminem and Jason Mayden, the Senior Footwear Designer of Jordan Brand recently took some time out to discuss the Air Jordan 2 ‘The Way I Am’. Previous speculation called for a In the interview Eminem talks about his relationship with Jordan Brand and Air Jordan and discusses the sneaker in general while giving you a detailed preview.
Release date is set for December 18th and is said to be limited to 313 pairs. They will release exculsively on Air Jordans Flight Club for $110.
