Air Jordan 1 x Air Jordan XX3 Fusion

air-jordan-1-xx3-fusion

Are the fusion and hybrid designs from Jordan Brand ever going to come to an end? The Air Jordan Fusion lineup is a hit and miss for many Jordan fans and when it comes to a lot of these new hybrid designs fusing two or more Air Jordans the fans defiantly arent accepting them. We dont expect the community to welcome these with open arms either.

Shown here is the Air Jordan 1 x Air Jordan XX3 Fusion which takes design ques from the Air Jordan 1 and the Air Jordan XX3. Instead of creating a sneakers using aspects and paneling from both sneakers JB opted to just take the Air Jordan 1 shell and throw in some Air Jordan 23 accents on the mid and heel panels to make it look as if its a smash up of both shoes. Personally speaking things just dont seem to flow well to me, but then again thats how ive been feeling about most Jordan Brand hybrids lately.

OSneaker has recently just announced they will be accepting pre-orders for the sneakers soon. No official release has been announced just yet but when it becomes available we will be sure to let you know.

Air Jordan Spiz’ike designed by DJ Clark Kent

When it comes to the sneaker industry, or AF1’s, DJ Clark Kent is a name which remains in heavy rotation. DJCK has helped design numerous sneakers in the Nike Rivals Pack as well as some classics such as the Black Friday Air Force Ones and the 112 Pack which is going to continue with an Air Force 25. Not to mention is one of the biggest known Air Force One collectors longside Mayor.

Another project with DJ Clark Kent has been working involves Jordan Brand and a pair of Spiz’ikes. The sneakers feature a two-toned color upper of black on the top half and white on the bottom half with a hit of red on the midsole. The Jumpman logo across the lace cover is a light shade of blue and the inner lining is navy blue and consists of a ‘Do You Know’ printed in a repeating style similar to the one seen on the inner lining of a recently shown Air Jordan Spizike in White/Varsity Red/Black.

The sneakers will be dropping sometime in 2010 but at this time no exact date has been announced. Online shops such as OSneaker are currently taking pre-orders on all available sizes. Click here to check out a few more pictures.

Come 2010 the Air Jordan Spiz’ike it set to make a return in a few new colorways which are sure to have Spiz’ike fans dying to have a pair. Previously we have taken a look at a Black/Cement/Red Air Jordan Spiz’ike which will be one of the few colorups to release alongside the Air Jordan Spiz’ike ‘Grape’ shown here.

At this time we only have this solo picture of the Grape Air Jordan Spiz’ike but as you can see the sneakers have a white leather base with purple accents on the tongue and teal accents on the Jumpman logo across the lace cover. Due to the white/purple/teal color scheme many have dubbed the sneakers the Grape Air Jordan Spiz’ike due to similarity to the Grape Air Jordan V. No official release date has been announced at this time but we will be sure to keep you posted as further updates surface. Via: Opium
