Greedy Genius Cool Breeze ‘Crocko’
The Cool Breeze, the flagship model from Greedy Genius has just been introduced in a 3M/snakeskin version known as the Crocko.
The Cool Breeze ‘Crocko’ features an upper made from a combo of white 3M reflective material and silver 3M reflective material. The premium materials dont stop there though. The sneakers also sport white patent leather, carbon fiber, snakeskin and textured pu. Finishing up the completely white design is a white leather lining and a white sole unit.
The Cool Breeze ‘Crocko’ is part of the Greedy Genius Spring/Summer 2009 PRVLG Collection and is available now in the Greedy Genius Webstore for $90.
Greedy Genius ‘Ocean Runner’
As some of you may already be able to tell from previous posts we are big Greedy Genius fans here at Sneaker Obsession. While keeping you updated on everything from Jordans to Dunks to a classic pair of Reebok Pumps we always try to bring you the latest previews and offerings from Greedy Genius.
One of the new silhouettes which Greedy Genius is adding to their collection is dubbed the Ocrean Runner and is marketed as a pair of boat shoes. Here we have a look at two of the color schemes Greedy Genius has put together as samples. One is called ‘Boardwalk’ and features a navy blue full grain leather upper while the other is named ‘Darkness’ and consists of an all black nubuck upper. We dont have a good shot of the tongue at this time, where there is obviously a Greedy Genius tag, but as you can see the sneakers are pretty much free of any kind of other branding giving the silhouette a nice simple and clean look.
The Greedy Genius ‘Ocean Runner’ boat shoes are expected to start hitting Greedy Genius retailers worldwide within the coming weeks. Follow the jump to take a look at a few more pictures.
Greedy Genius Spring/Summer Collection 2009 @ DrJays
DrJays has just stocked their online shop with abunch of the newly released designs in the Spring/Summer 2009 Collection from Greedy Genius. In total their are seven new colorups of the Greedy Genius Cool Breeze silhouette which offer you a nice variety of color choices to pick from. Whether you prefer red, white, black, or black and gold, Greedy Genius surely has something available to fill your desire and complete your fit.

Greedy Genius ‘JLED Finders Keepers’ Customs
We would like to present what we believe is the first pair of Greedy Genius custom sneakers ever to be featured within the pages on Sneaker Obsession. The design comes from YoaKustoms who designed a pair of Greedy Genius sneakers inspired by the JLED Finders Keepers Series released by KidRobot.
YoaKustoms started by covering a pair of Greedy Genius kicks in all black. From there characters from the JLED Finders Keppers series were hand painted onto the upper, including characters such as Gloober, KittyPilla, Dizzy, Dera, Thrash and the rest. Also mixed in with the characters is a few blue stars. YoaKustoms even went as far as hand painting the two insoles and custom painting a Dunny a match the custom sneakers.

FinishLine x Greedy Genius ‘Patriotika’ Cool Breeze
As of lately we have been keeping you updated on plenty of Greedy Genius news about the Greedy Genius x FinishLine Exclusive Releases and the Greedy Genius x Underground Station Exclusive Releases. We dont like to leave you guys, and girls hanging so heres a look at another Greedy Genius model which will be sold exclusively at FinishLine.
We present to you the Greedy Genius ‘Patriotika’ Cool Breeze. The upper is finished in mostly white premium leather besides for the back porition of the shoes which are highlighted with red, royal blue and navy blue panels. A touch of perforated leather was added around the ankle as well. Finishing up the bottom is a gum sole unit.
The Greedy Genius ‘Patriotika’ Cool Breeze will be sold exclusively through 100 FinishLine locations around the country as part of the Greedy Genius x FinishLine collection. Visit your local FinishLine retailer to check on the availability and to request more info.
Greedy Genius x Underground Station – March 2009 Releases
After recently taking a look at the Greedy Genius x FinishLine – March 2009 Releases, which will be sold exclusively through 100 FinishLine retailers, we keep it moving with a look at the Greedy Genius x Underground Station collection.
Greedy Genius and Underground Station teamed up under the Greedy Genius Special Make-Up Program which allows retailers like Underground Station and FinishLine to work directly with Greedy Genius to design sneakers and colorways to be sold exclusively through their retailers. Underground Station designed two pairs of the Greedy Genius Apache, which is inspired by the Air Jordan 5 and what looks to be two colorways of the Greedy Genius Cool Breeze ‘NOIR’. The pair shown above is known as the ‘Lectric’ Apache while the pair shown after the jump is dubbed the ‘Windy’ Apache. After the jump you can also find some shots of the NOIR.
Only a total of 25 Underground Station shops will receive the new models, with a limit of 10 pairs in each store. Visit your local Underground Station to check on availability or give em a call. The sneakers should be hitting the shops any day now.
