Nike Dunk
Nike SB Dunk ‘Gold Stars’

The other day pictures of this Nike SB Dunk surfaced on the internet and the word is the nickname so far is “Gold Stars”. Kind of obvious as to where that name came from, but we dont have much info on where the theme is actually coming from. Its been said that these will not be released until 2009, however who knows how much of that is true. Sort of reminds me of a Nike SB x Supreme collaboration with the whole stars thing. I guess we will have to wait until more info arises sometime in the future, until then keep it locked to Sneaker Obsession.
Nike Dunk: TTK Takes A Risk

Got a little update here from customizer/designer TTK. According to TTK somebody said to him “when you’re creating, you gotta sometimes do things that make you uncomfortable and take a risk”. The customer who put in the order for the custom sneakers wanted to see a design on this Nike Dunk which TTK was not known for, a design he wasnt all that use to doing which to the customer, would make them unique in their own way no matter what the end result was. The design is pretty simple but thats not to say its not a clean job and a nice finish. The little spots of teal thrown in there really add to them. Check out some more shots after the jump and hit up TTK’s website here.
Nike Dunk Hi Olympic Octagon

Continuing with sneakers inspired by the Olympic Games Nike came up with these Nike Dunk Hi Olympic Octagon shoes. The design scheme is pretty simple and if you werent aware of the name you may never guess they have anything to do with the Olympics. The Nike Dunk is mostly black with a few retro like circles in the colors which youll find on the Olympic Rings. If you havent already seen them check out the previously posted Nike Dunk Patent Quilted pack which is also inspired by the Olympic Games. [ Via: HS ]
Nike Dunk “Just Add Color” Customs

The Baysicc Designs website has been going through some construction but lately things are have been starting to evolve with a new site design. Today we present you with the newest custom sneakers from BD. The Nike Dunks here are being called “Just Add Color” and they are literally covered in different color glitter. Baysicc Designs tends to have a love for using glitter and something which is cool is that he usually supplies a video to go along with the sneakers to really show you how they shine. You have a color combo of pink, blue, yellow and green which sort of makes me want to throw on some Fresh Prince when i look at em, speaking of which, its on now for all those who know about Nick At Nite. Check out the new Baysicc Designs website and stick with em as they go through updates during construction. More pictures follow the jump as well as the video.
Nike Dunk ‘Patent Quilted’ Pack

When it comes to the Olympics Nike goes hard at sponsoring the event and creating products based upon the Olympics. Here Nike has added a new pack of sneakers where each one is inspried by a color of the Olympic Rings. The Nike Dunk ‘Patent Quilted’ Pack will obviously include 5 Dunk Hi’s since there are a total of 5 Olympic Rings; Blue, Red, Yellow, Black and lastly Green. Check out the pictures of the others colors after the jump.
Nike Dunk ‘Neptune’ Customs

Sekure D amazes me once again with his newest pair of custom sneakers. Sekure presents what he calls the Neptune Dunks which have been done in sky blue, gray, black and white. The designs Sekure comes up with are always killin it. The colors blend great, the edges in the design are always smooth and the work by Sekure is just some of the best out there right now if you ask me. The graffiti artwork we see here and which we have seen on the Galaxy Dunks by Sekure have both been inspired by the work of Melbourne Graffiti artist (and friend of Sekure) Aeon. Sekure tells us that this pair of customs will be the last pair which follow the work of Aeon however similar work will continue to be put out by Sekure D with a focus being on color blocking. A fresh new spin on this will be done in the coming range so make sure you watch out for that in the near future. These are available for sale on the Sekure D website in a size 10.5 if your interested, remember though, theres only 1 pair so act quick.
