Punk Your Chucks – Custom Chuck Taylors and More
Punk Your Chucks is the creation of ‘AKA MAG’ who is an urban/graffiti artist originally from New York City. AKA MAG started Punk Your Chucks due to his love for art and quality hand painted custom sneakers and clothing. Since the company was started he has since worked with many celebrities to design custom sneakers personally for them, celebrities such as Will Smith, Tommy Lee, Kelly Clarkson, Brad Gethard (BMX Rider) and many more. Custom sneakers arent just his bag though. AKA MAG also does clothing, bags for the ladies, jackets, keychains, vinyl toys and pretty much anything you need really. Chucks arent the only sneakers you can get customized either, he also does Vans and AF1’s. Take some time to check out the Punk Your Chucks website here and check out a whole bunch of designs created by AKA MAG.
Undefeated ‘No Raw Dogs’ Chuck Taylor

As part of the Product Red campaign from Converse, they teamed up with Undefeated to put together a limited run Chuck Taylor, as well as a few other products to go along with the series. Undefeated reached out to artist/designer Geoff McFetridge to bring something unique to the table, something that would dare to be different. The idea on these sure is different, with the design of a sweaty foot being displayed on both sneakers. The tongue of the right sneakers has the same foot design this time displayed in a circle with a line going through the middle and the words “No Raw Dogs”. The left sneaker on the other hand features a lil character on the tongue with a quote above him saying “Wear A Sock Kid!”. The design covering the tongue of each sneaker is also carried over to the insoles as well. Also take note of the rubberized Undefeated logo on the inside sole of the sneakers, the other side has a stamp that says “Wear A Sock Kid.” These sneakers, as well as t-shirts and Bearbricks are all available now at Undefeated.
Converse 100 Year Anniversary

Who can deny that Converse is one of the originators. Still a popular company among many original sneakerheads Converse was once what Nike Dunks and Jordans are today. It was all about the Chucks back in the day. To celebrate 100 years running strong and to thank all the support from the customers Converse is running a 100th Anniversary campaign. Between December 2007 and March 2008 they will drop 100 sneakers for all those Converse lovers. Some of these sneakers will be new designs and some will resemble past Converse sneakers which were once the talk of the town. A few of the December releases shown here are abunch of Retros which have been released in the past by Converse, at some point between 1922-1999. Hit up your local Converse retailer or check out the Converse website for more information and watch for this to hit the spot from now until March.
