Nike Air Force 1 Premium ‘Un-Michael Lau’ @ Extra Butter

Long Island’s own Extra Butter has just gotten in some stock of the Nike Air Force 1 Premium ‘Un-Michael Lau’, a pair of AF1’s that get their name from their likeness to the Michael Lau x Nike 1World Air “Crazy” Force 1. The sneakers feature an all white premium leather upper with cross-hatch stitching on the frontal, lace panels and heel panel. If your looking for a nice pair of all white kicks to finish out the summer months the Un-Michael Lau AF1 is defiantly a smooth pair to consider.

I wanna give a shout out to the folks over at Street Gear in Hempstead, LI. They are the folks behind the Jones Beach Air Force Ones and the ones who held a pair for me while i cut out of work early on some “personal business” and took the 1hr 45minute drive to Long Island to scoop them up.
While i was down there, Richard Leggio, the owner of Street Gear told me that his team is working on a new website for the shop which will keep people updated on the newest releases to hit the shop. The site is under construction at this time but for future reference you can find the website at StreetGearNYC.com. Since the shop is unable to see Nike releases online (one of the terms in a Nike contract) you will be able to hit up the website to see what they have in shop so you can place a call to the store and let them know what you want.
Once again props to Richard and the folks at Street Gear in Hempstead, LI who hooked your boy up with a pair of the Jones Beach AF1’s.
Nike Air Force 1 Premium ‘Jones Beach’ Quickstrike

When we showed you the Air Force 1 Premium ‘Jones Beach’ earlier this month we originally reported that the sneakers would be exclusive to Street Gear Inc. in Hempstead, LI. However, we have just learned thats not the chase and that the Jones Beach Air Force 1 Premium is being released as a quickstrike and will be available at select Nike retailers, such as Extra Butter who will be releasing the sneakers on July 3rd.
The Air Force 1 Premium ‘Jones Beach’ pays homage to one of the east coasts most well known beaches. The upper features a sand-colored canvas on majority of the sneaker with a somewhat tonal design on the leather heel panel displaying what appears to be a wooden fence and seaweed, something which is notorious at Jones Beach and other beaches throughout the country. Accents of light blue are placed nicely through the sneakers, such as on the tongue tag which says Jones Beach with the Jones Beach Tower in the center and on the translucent outsole which has a blue tint to it to represent water. The insoles consist of a map displaying Long Island with’ Strong Island’ insignia printed on it and the icey blue outsole has a design of a wave crashing down on the shore. Finishing up the sneakers and the Jones Beach theme is the latitude and longitude of Jones Beach printed on the heel. Oh yea, theres also a pair of light blue laces for you swap in if you would like.
Visit your local Nike retailer now to check on availability of the Nike Air Force 1 Premium ‘Jones Beach’ or hit up Extra Butter on July 3rd to get a pair. Plenty of more detailed pics follow after the break.
