Chris Law x adidas Forum Mid – Black/Blue

In an ongoing collaboration that started a few years ago Chris Law, also known as C-Law from Crooked Tongues has been collaborating with adidas and giving their collection of footwear his own personal touch. One of the latest to hit retailers is this adidas Forum Mid. For this version of the Forum Mid Chris went with a black base made from leather, nubuck and perforated leather. Throughout the sneakers accents of blue and orange are nicely placed with a touch of white perforated leather around the ankle.
The Chris Law x adidas Forum Mid is available now at DrJays and FinishLine for $110.
Method Man x adidas Forum Mid

The Iron Lung defiantly flexed his design skills and desire for sneakers when it comes to the Def Jam 25th Anniversary Collection produced in collaboration with adidas. Method Man not only designed a Stan Smith and a Superstar II but he also sat down with the adidas design team to work up this adidas Forum Mid. The sneakers yield a green, yellow and black color scheme which resembles that of the Jamaican flag, possibly a homage to the cheeba cheeba, along with Method Man’s upside down Wu-Tang logo on the heel. An image of Method Man is included on the tongue of the sneakers along with his name.

The series includes four different models, with four different boutiques from around the world participating in the project to design one of the adidas city-named models which represents their city. For example Eddie Cruz and the crew from UNDFTD worked on the L.A. Trainer, Sole Service got down on a Oslo, Solebox the Berlin and Bodega the Boston. Each of the four shoes are expected to be releasing within the coming weeks.

Method Man x adidas Stan Smith

Along with the adidas Superstar II Def Jam artist Method Man also had in hands in designing a pair of the adidas Stan Smith. The kicks feature a black suede upper which yellow accents. A design of Method Man along with his name appears on the tongue tag and the letter M is included on the heel panel. Theres also a design on the yellow yellow heel tab but at this time we arent quite sure what it is. Seeing as how the sneakers use a Killer Bees color scheme the design could have something to do with that.
No official details on a release are available at this time but we will be sure to keep you posted.
Method Man x adidas Superstar II

Following up the release of the Redman x adidas Superstar II comes a pair designed by the Funk Doc’s partner in crime, Method Man. Method Man also got down on designing a pair of the Superstar II. For his version Meth used an interesting combination of materials for the construction of the shoes, including smooth leather, suede, and ripstop. His image appears on the tongue and the upside down Wu-Tang logo takes precedence on heel. For those not in the know the upside Wu-Tang symbol is what Method Man uses to use as his logo. Finishing up the sneakers is MethodMan stamped onto the heel of the midsole which Ticallion printed in silver underneath a silver adidas logo on the heel tab.
If you wanna pick up a pair of this adidas Superstar II designed by Method Man you can get them now at Extra Butter.
