2009 marks the 40th Anniversary of Neil Armstrong stepping foot on the moon and in honor of this epic achievement Nike has put together the Lunar Pack. Consisting of two models, the Nike Blazer Mid and the Nike Air Max 1 ND, this pack is sure to be one for all the collectors out there.

The Air Max 1 ND features a black leather upper with a black mesh toe-box and a metallic silver midsole and accents. Embossed onto the mudguard of the sneakers is a tonal crater design to fulfill the whole ‘moon’ theme.

The Nike Blazers on the other hand also features a black base. However, this pair is highlighted with volt stitching and laces. Theres also the use of a white midsole and a metallic silver Nike Swoosh which also help to brighten up the sneakers. The Nike Swoosh has a foil like material on it which appears to look like the surface of the moon.
