Thanks to the crew over at KicksOnFire we finally have some nice detailed pictures (and a video above) of the Eggplant Nike Foamposites set to release next month. The Nike Foamposite was an instant favorite since its original release in 1997 when Penny made the infamous Royal Blue colorway a must have. Here we are more then 10years later and the sneakers are still a highly sought after product and produced in a variety of colorways.

One of the most talked about variations of the Foamposite though, besides for the OG Royal Blue ones is the Eggplant Nike Foamposites. Since pictures originally surfaced online months ago and in magazines on the feet of Wale, many sneakerheads have patiently been awaiting the release. What may have seemed like an eternity will all finally end next month in Febuary when the Eggplant Nike Foamposite hits retailers for a price of $200.
