Reebok pays homage to the good and the bad of the legendary Allen Iverson with the Question Mid “Misunderstood”.
One of the NBA’s most talented and controversial players, Iverson’s name made headlines just as much for his off-court behavior as it did for his performance on the court as a rising superstar. Some would probably say he was reckless and immature and was ruining the game of basketball. He might argue that he was simply just misunderstood.
The Reebok Question Mid ‘Misunderstood’ incorporates the headlines and quotes about Iverson that use to fill newspapers during his career on top. The sneaker features a black and white colorway with the headline clippings scattered throughout the upper. The word “Good” is embroidered across the medial side of the right sneaker and the word “Bad” across the left sneaker, and the customary number 3 that usually appears on the heel of the sole is replaced by an image of the Scales of Justice.
Reebok has scheduled a release for April 1st and has attached a price of $130 to the sneakers. They’ll be available at select retailers including Villa, Jimmy Jazz and Shoe Palace, as well as available through reebok.com.
