What was originally reported as the Michelangelo Nike SB Dunks, from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, is in fact the Nike SB Dunk Mosquito. Back in April we were only given a preview and details were very slim, and since there were a pair of Donatello SB Dunks released these soon took on the name as the Michelangelo SB Dunks due to the color scheme used. Not that we have a look at the insole of the sneakers which shows a Mosquito design it becomes clear these arent designed after Michelangelo at all. A combo of suede, premium leather, patent leather and 3M reflective material make up the upper while a speckled design covers the mid-sole. The Nike SB Dunk Mosquito will be a Quikstrike release which hits select Nike SB retailers sometime in November.
