Adidas Forum Mid - Cleveland Cavaliers

Down in SoHo, New York David Z has gotten in some of these special edition Adidas Forum Mids - Cleveland Cavaliers. The sneakers are not set for an actual release date for atleast another 2 months so its a surprise to see David Z with such an early shipment of these. The upper on this Cleveland Cavaliers Forum Mid is a combo of navy blue leather and suede with the Cavaliers logo on the strap and the offical N.B.A. logo on the lace tips.
