Vans SK8-Hi x Pearl Jam 20th Anniversary

Pearl Jam celebrates its 20th anniversary as one of America’s greatest alternative rock bands with a special co-branded footwear release involving Vans. The Seattle rockers teamed up with the sneaker manufacturer on two unique styles of the SK8-Hi. One pair references the flannel shirts that were synonymous with the grunge scene back in the mid 90’s. The other pair sports a mixture of green and yellow suede, which we’re told is inspired by the colors of the former Seattle Supersonics basketball team. Additionally, both sneakers have the band’s name embroidered across the heel as well a “PJ” branded tongue tag to signify the collaboration efforts. If that’s not enough, the sneakers come packaged in a PJ-branded box with a black and white photograph of the band on the tissue paper. Take a closer look below and find the sneakers now at select Vans retailers, including SneakersNStuff.
