Sneaker customizer Jake Ferrato hits us with a look at his newest custom sneaker.
Using a Nike Dunk Low as a template, Jake, who’s better known simply as JBF in the sneaker community, created a pair of customs that pay tribute to the old Air Jordan retro cards. The Dunks, which you’ll notice are Swooshless, feature a Chicago Bulls-like colorway of red suede and white and black leather. Images of the Jordan retro cards (1-14) are showcased on the midpanel and around the ankle, on a custom fabric made by JBF. The Swoosh was removed in an attempt to left the graphics shine without any distractions. Furthermore, Michael Jordan is pictured on the tongue tag in the Jumpman position and his number, 23, is embroidered in red on the heel tag.
JBF is offering no-more than 3 pairs of the shoes for sale, which you can order in your size through his webstore, so get a closer look at them below and put in your order now if you’re interested. And if you’re not already, follow JBF on Twitter at @JBFCustoms. Once he reaches 1,000 followers he’ll be giving away a free pair of customs.
