The Nike Shox Turbo has been through a lot of changes since it was first introduced in 2001. Every year the shoe has redesigned and updated with new performance features, and this year is no different.
Now in the 12th stage, the Nike Shox Turbo returns to retailers this season with a fresh new look and brand new technology. Weighing in at a 14 ounces (Men’s size 10), the Nike Show Turbo 12 is the lightest of running shoes but it sure is fashionable than fashionable. The sneakers utilize a Hyperfuse materials throughout the upper for a breathable fit along with synthetic overlays for support. A four column Nike Shox heel unit and Phylon foam forefoot provide a cushy ride, while an environmentally preferred rubber outsole with BRS 1000 carbon rubber heel and waffle traction pattern provide tons of grip.
Seen here is a LIVESTRONG edition of the Women’s Nike Show Turbo 12, which is one of the first pairs to be released. The basic LIVESTRONG colorway of White and Varsity Maize is applied with the addition of grey. The LIVESTRONG brand name appears along the tongue in black.
