After years of false hope it looks like the Air Jordan 10 “Chicago” will finally return to store shelves in 2012.
Rumors about Jordan Brand reissuing the shoes have been circling the web since 2008, which, unfortunately, turned out to be nothing more than just that – rumors. The rumors are swirling once again, but this time there’s proof to prove the sneakers are actually on the way.
Yesterday a scan of Jordan Brand’s linesheet for 2012 popped up listing the sneakers for a January 2012 release, and now here we have a first look at the sneaker itself. Jordan fanatics will instantly notice a difference between the original Air Jordan 10 “Chicago” and the retro shown here. The colors are the same, of course, but the 23 on the ankle is something new. Also new is a checkered red and black lining, which is just slightly visible in one of the photos we enhanced. The pair shown in the photo is said to be a sales sample, and as with all samples changes are possible before release.
Are you happy to hear and see that the shoes are finally being reissued? Tell us your thoughts.
