Nike SB Dunk High “True Red”

Rather then reissue previous releases, Nike SB recycles old colorways. Lately, Nike’s skateboarding division has been incorporating color schemes from old releases onto different silhouettes to create the same look on a different shoe. For example, the Nike SB P-Rod 2.5 “Cali” that released last month was inspired by the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Cali” that released back in 2008, and the Nike SB Dunk High “True Red” shown here is reminiscent of a Nike SB Dunk Low that released in 2003. The material build is slightly different, with these constructed entirely from suede, but aside from that, the shoes are basically a larger scale of 2003’s SB Dunk Low. We’ll keep you posted on release details.
