The trio of upcoming Air Jordan 2011 colorways that make up the “Warrior Pack” have had their release date pushed back twice. Originally scheduled to drop on April 30th, the release was pushed back to May 21st, and than even further back to June 9th, where it sits now.
Since the reasoning behind why a release date gets changed is never revealed, we suspected it had something to do with shipment delays from the manufacturer since that usually seems to be the case. As it turns out though, some retailers already have the sneakers in-hand and are just waiting for the okay from JB to sell them.
Sneaker Politics is one of those shops. The boutique with stops based in New Orleans and Louisiana recently received their stock of the Air Jordan 2011 models and have provided us with some new photos for our viewing pleasure. The “Warrior Pack” as it’s called, contains Tech Grey/Chlorine Blue, Varsity Red/Wolf Grey, and Black/Neo Lime colorways of the flagship Jordan model, each of which come equipped with the two removable insoles.
Unless things change, again, the Air Jordan 2011 “Warrior Pack” will officially release on June 9th, 2011.
