Mizzee Customs is determined to be this year’s most talked about sneaker customizer. At a pace of completing one-to-two custom sneakers a month, it’d be hard for anybody to take that title from him.
Fresh off the heels of the of the Air Jordan 6 he made for NBA guard Gilbert Arenas, who never got to wear them since he and his Orlando teammates were bumped from the playoffs, Mizzee provides us with a look at a Nike LeBron 8 he just wrapped up that’s inspired by one of the most sought after Air Jordan’s.
Known as the Nike LeBron 8 “UNDFTD”, the sneakers are influenced by the extremely limited Air Jordan IV “UNDFTD”, which was raffled and auctioned off in limited numbers by Undefeated back in 2005. The sneakers embrace the color palette of the Jordan’s with an Olive Green upper, a black tongue, a white midsole, a black outsole and hits of orange on the laces and brim of the tongue. Adding a unique visual aspect to the shoes, Mizzee designed the flywire panels to shift colors when viewed at different angles and in different light, changing from green to orange. No detail overlooked, even the Max Air unit is accented in orange, in addition to LeBron’s signature on the heel.
Is this Mizzee’s best custom so far this year? Check out the detailed photos below and let us know what you think.
