Can a new colorway of the Nike Air Griffey Max II attract the same level of attention as the original “Fresh Water” model?
Nike follows up last month’s release of the much anticipated Nike Air Griffey Max 2 “Fresh Water” with an all-new colorway. This new release of the Air Griffey Max 2 features a color scheme that can easily be tied to that of the Seattle Mariners, who Junior started and ended his 22 year career with. The sneakers contain a Midnight Navy upper above a white midsole, with Chlorine Blue accents scattered throughout the silhouette, adding in the “wow” factor.
While you won’t find them at most retailers until May 28th, the Nike Air Griffey Max 2 “Chlorine Blue” is available for purchase now at Sneaker Bistro. The shop welcomes phone orders from out-of-towners, so hit them up now if you’re looking to get your hands on the newest colorway of The Kid’s signature trainer.
