Nike Hyperdunk 2010 “McFly”

When Nike released the Hyperdunk “McFly” back in 2008 there was sheer pandemonium as collectors scrambled to get their hands on the limited edition sneakers inspired by the Nike Air Mag that Marty McFly wore in the movie “Back to the Future”.

Those same chaotic scenes will unravel again as Nike prepares to release a “McFly” version of the Hyperdunk 2010. Seen here for the first time in photos provided by Sole Collector, the sneakers contain a color scheme similar to that on the original Hyperdunk, all included with the speckled detailing on the midsole and heel. The inner lining has a white-to-pink gradient which wasn’t something that appeared on the first Hyperdunk, although accents of pink were used on the Hypermax “McFly” that was released shortly after the Hyperdunk. Addition details include “OUTATIME” printed across the laces (a reference to the license plate on the DeLorean), a “Y” logo across the tongue tag (a reference to the DeLorean’s flux capacitor) and a pair of specially designed insoles featuring the cover of the Sports Almanac that Marty bought when he visited the future (just redesigned with some of the today’s rising NBA stars).

A release date for the Nike Hyperdunk 2010 “McFly” hasn’t been made available at this time, so check out the detailed photos below and stay tuned for further info.
