The “Indiana Jones” films are considered by movie buffs to be among some of the greatest movies of all-time. When LucasFilms announced late last year that they’d be converting the movies into 3D like the Star Wars Saga before it, Indy fans went apeshit over the news. Evidently Reebok is jonesin for some Indy as well. Earlier this month the footwear manufacturer released an Alien Stomper with a Indiana Jones-inspired design, and now we see the same theme applied to their BB4600 silhouette. However, whereas the Alien Stomper contained brown leather and brown waxed canvas, the BB4600 combines navy blue denim and brown leather throughout the upper of the shoe’s. The direct tie-in to the movie comes through the use of a Mayan-inspired print on the tongue tag and a yellow-to-red gradient on the inner lining resembling that of which is used within the Indiana Jones logo.
The shoes are available now at select Reebok retailers overseas including mita. There’s been no mention of a US release at this time.
