Nike put’s an interesting spin on the usually rather simple Blazer. Known as the Nike Blazer Mid AB TZ, the sneakers carry the same shape as the original Blazer Mid but include a few added elements to spice up the simpleness of the original 70’s classic. For starters, zippers are fastened along the inner side of the upper, which not only provides a unique look but also allows for you to quickly slide the shoes on and off without having to worry about untying and retying them. From there a toe cap taken right off the Nike All Court Low was attached to the front of the sneakers, looking at home like it belong there in the first place. The vulcanized sole unit is still in play on the bottom end of things.
Two colorways of the Nike Blazer Mid AB TZ are shown here, one in Navy, which is exclusive to Japanese-retailer SOPH, and another in White, which is available at finer Nike Sportswear retailers.
