This year Reebok is updating many of it’s popular fitness models with it’s new 3D Ultralite sole unit. 3D Ultralite is a proprietary foam material engineered to be extremely lightweight, with extra durability and responsiveness. As a result, shoes with a 3D Ultralite sole unit are 10-20% lighter than shoes with a conventional sole unit. We recently saw a 3D Ultralite sole unit incorporated on the women’s Reebok Freestyle Hi and now here we see it on the men’s Reebok Ex-O-Fit Plus Hi. Two colorways are shown, one in White/Red which features a mesh and leather upper, and the other in Grey/White with a nylon and suede upper. Since the original Ex-O-Fit is getting a performance boost we wonder if it’s successor, the Ex-O-Fit Hi Strap, will follow suit. Only time will tell I guess. It been quite a while since we’ve seen the strapped model though, so something must be brewing.
