Nike Air Force 1 “Black History Month” – Release Date

Moving right along with the release date info for Nike’s Black History Month Collection, we bring you the official drop date for the Air Force 1. These are one of the more detail heavy sneakers in Nike’s Black History Month Collection, featuring a black Stetson leather base with a woodblock cut print by the late African American artist Hele Woodruff throughout the entire upper. Gold accents help provide to the elegant and sophisticated¬†look of the shoes. Rounding out the Black History Month theme is a custom tongue tag with the roman numerals XXXV, which commemorate the 35th Anniversary of Black History Month, and the letters BHM embroidered across a gold leather heel tab.

The Nike Air Force 1 “Black History Month” is slated to release in limited numbers on February 12th, 2011, through Nike Sportswear’s flagship location at 21 Mercer Street in NYC, as well as through other unnamed Nike Sportswear’s distributors.
