After celebrating Black History Month in 2009 with an Air Jordan Fusion 6, Jordan Brand passed up on the celebration in 2010. This year though they’re back. And they’re ready to unleash what’s sure to be the most popular Black History Month sneaker we’ve seen since the concept was introduced a few years ago. Preview here for the first time is the Air Jordan 3 “Black History Month”. The teaser image doesn’t provide us with a full look at the sneakers but from what’s made visible so far it’s evident the shoes feature a black base with gold accents – the signature color scheme of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The preview comes to us from MarqueeSole so more detailed images should be following soon, along with an early release through their webstore.
