Medicom Toy x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Bearbrick”

Known for their work on several famed Nike SB releases, Medicom Toy hits the footwear industry with another noteworthy release. This time the Japanese toy maker teamed up with Nike Sportswear on two limited edition Air Force 1s. Constructed entirely from horse hair, both sneakers play on black and white, inverse color schemes and feature references to collectible toys through the  “@” symbol on the tongue tag and the Bearbrick brand name on the leather-lined insoles. Unless you live in Japan, you’re chances of getting your hands on a pair are slim to none, as a release is scheduled for December 15th, 2010, exclsuively through ISETAN in Shinjuku, Tokyo and BKC Light, neither of who ship internationally.

A closer look at both of the Medicom Toy x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Bearbrick” model’s follow after the jump.
