In just a few hours, one of Jordan Brand’s most talked about releases for the holiday season will officially become available through retailers nationwide. Tomorrow, the Air Jordan 13 Retro “Altitude” will return to retailers for the first time since it’s original release in 2005, bringing along with it a very noticeable difference that’s had some Air Jordan enthusiast up in arms over the drastic change. Replacing the leather side panels that appeared on the OG version are ones constructed from 3M mesh, like those used on many of the other Air Jordan 13 model’s. Besides undergoing a material change, the Altitude Green accents are slightly brighter than those used 5 years ago. Are the differences going to stop you from copping a pair, or do you personally feel the switch is for the better?
Midnight releases are happening all over the country, but chances are, if you’re reading this right now you’re not planning on attending one of those releases and either hope to get a pair online tonight or through a retailer in the A.M.. If you’re looking to grab a pair tonight online, they’ll hit all the major retailers, including Finish Line, Foot Action, NikeStore and Foot Locker.
